My sub taste like the meat was made a week ago. Subway... eat last week fresh???
So much was wrong with my order. For one they added stuff i didn’t ask for, NO CHEESE WAS ADDED, MY STUFF WASNT TOASTED AND THE LADY WAS SAYING VERY RUDE THINGS IN SPANISH THINKING I COULDNT UNDERSTAND HER WHEN IN REALITY I SPEAK SPANISH . PLEASE DONT GO THERE
I placed a online order around 3:50pm the app told me it wouldn’t be ready until 4:20pm I arrived at the store at 4:25pm When receiving my order I checked everything and my food was completely wrong.I had no cheese on my sandwich it was very cold.I asked the cashier to make my sandwich over she said “you should’ve came when it was ready” which was very rude of her to say because I came the time that the online order told me.I asked her to remake my sandwich she just looked at me looking lost.I’m very disappointed in how I was treated and the customer service was terrible
The employee making subs was extremely rude to me and uninformed. My 11y/o daughter wanted to know if they had Tofurkey, she had it at another location. So i asked. From then on, she was rude A H. Fire her.
I went into subway I was hungry so I walked into the store I remember I didn't have my mask so I said to the young lady at the counter that I forgot my mask but I have had my covid shot. She didn't even acknowledge me. I waited 10 minutes she still never acknowledged me. I'm 68 years old I went there because I didn't have any transportation to go some place else. I felt like I wasn't important. I don't know if it was because of the color of my skin or she was just a rude person.
All the years dealing with this store 26209-0, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional rude individual! The young guy making the subs with his pants under his hip showing his nasty gray underwear (Date 19th August 2021 Time between 5:25 pm - 6:00 pm) rudely told everyone waiting for over 30 minutes to purchase, as he made two subs for one online order, "There is another subway at 82nd street and I don't care as he cursed under his breath. No one had anything disrespectful to say to him, only asked if the other customers waiting had order or if we were waiting for all the online orders to be completed, before he helped us. He got angry reiterating that everyone can go to another location as he started staring in a very threatening way then he walked out the door to retrieve a chip as he slammed the door and utensils.
