Gimmick...Nothing out this world. The flavor of the ice cream was nothing spectacular for such an expensive ice cream. Who cares that they made it in front of me...I didn't want to pay $8 for a small cup of ice cream that doesn't taste any better than store-bought product.
Eww.. if you want to spend 10$ for water aka the ice cream then this is your place. I highly don’t recommend unless you want watery ice cream.
Fabulous ice cream made right before you! Had the coconut cream pie in a fresh made waffle bowl and it some of the best ice cream I ever had.
If you have 37 minutes to spare to get 2 ice creams, go ahead. We are definitely not going back. I'm giving them one star because they do have vegan cream options and flavors, and they close late, that was impressive. Our experience: Only 2 people in store working. Line ahead of us? 5 people. Online orders ahead of all of us? about 6. I was paying attention on the timing and noticed they us all, real people in line, wait to see how they prepare their online orders first. So, after $14.88 for 2 ice creams and 35 minutes later, we left the store. I felt bad for not leaving a tip but not today. Maybe I am old, but it doesn't make sense for us to go back there anymore, unless we have 37 minutes to spare to get 2 ice creams.
I love this place, the ice cream it's delicious. The only thing is that he last time I went, we ordered an Extra Large and it was the same size as the Large one. Also, the use the same measurements of toppings for the different sizes, and it shouldn't be since we are paying more not just for the milk.I hope they consider this. Maybe it was just that day, who knows.
Not worth the money. Toppings are $0.90 each so a medium $7.70 ice cream quickly becomes over $10 with some graham craker dust and a smattering of sprinkles. The price per topping is not properly highlighted on the menue and the staff will lead you to the toppings without telling you the added price. They also do not provide an itemized recipte so they can eaisly add topping you never ordered and unless you stop and do the math (even tax is lumped into the total so its not the easiest) you can easily be scammed. Be careful because this happened to me but I noticed the discprency. Would not recommend.

The best ice cream place I’ve ever been too!! The workers were really nice and even answered In Spanish when my mom ordered her ice cream. We even asked if one of the ice creams could be made with soy milk and they easily said yes and even gave us advice on which Ice cream would be best for lactose intolerant ppl. Idk why ppl are complaining about it being slow like it seemed like an okay wait time.
Allergy-friendly or I should say allergy-conscious! I have a dairy allergy and cannot ingest milk as I will cease breathing. Every time I have come in, I have stated that I am allergic to dairy and I have been treated better here than in any non vegan eatery. The employee is able to offer me good descriptions of the nondairy options from consistency to good flavors and the works. All add-ins have their own spoon so I don’t fear cross contamination when I customize. My treat is also prepared on clean bowls, which are washed along with the instruments they use to roll the moment they prepare my order separately from dairy orders. I wish every place strived to be as responsible and attentive as Sub-Zero.
