Service is horrible. Not a smile on these people or any personality. They will literally forget what u ordered if u go thru the drive thru… ask you when you’re at the window… and still not give u what you asked for. And the fryer was topped with meat bits and the plastic cheese they use was on the corner of the metal fryer…. Not sanitary. No wonder there’s barely any of these locations
The Assistant manager working here (Cassandra) is amazing. When I got into the store its clear that theyre understaffed and was packed , Cassandra handled everyone perfectly even the few rude ones. big shout to her and her staff today Cassandra you cute too shorty
Waited for 30 minutes for a drive-thru order. After 30 minutes, the order was completely wrong, not a single item was correct, they tried to charge me again. I was blocking the line for all this time. 10 minutes later, somebody came to ask me again what was my order. 10 minutes later, the order was missing items again. Never again.
Location is out of control place is not clean games out of time, no customer service , been told that wiped cream machine is broken for a long time !!but they still charged extra ..I miss the old days full of delicious Shakes andGood and happy people serving
The burgers are very tasty, great burgers. The fries kind of taste like they come from a package pre made, not very good. The shakes are excellent with lots of awesome choices. No table service but they keep the place clean with a variety of seating types and arrangements. The floor is very slippery, I slide around with sneakers on every visit for some reason.
GAINESVILLE FL6pm June 7th 2022 and I sit here the only patron eating in this once thriving historic restaurant. Since 1934 from wait staff roaring around on skates as they took orders from cars to the thriving college town of Gainesville FL this was a great place to eat. Now its a disgrace to its history. The owner doesn't want people in here. Come in order at a kiosk, get your food then GET OUT. The food tastes the same but it is a disgraceful disgusting place and I shall never return.
This place is awesome ever since I was younger yes the people change but the vibe hasn't , there's nothing better then having a "favorite spot" and david has been doing a awesome job since he's got there to keep the good vibes, keep up the great work ??
Tasty burgers and very clean dinning area. The only reason it is not a 4 is because at times they press the burgers so much that they get burnt.
The Double Garlic Steakburger is my favorite, affordable burger! And if that's not enough, you can add more patties to make a Triple! Also can't go wrong with their fries and shakes!So glad that they opened back up their indoor dining!
Shake was good since they dont do malts anymore...The food was below standard. Co-workers and I would have lunch here about once a month, pre-covid. 2 years later, things have changed but not for the better.A co-worker and I were the only 2 customers at lunch time. Only 1 other person came in while we were there.
