Always ready with a smile and they always get your order right. Seating, both in and outdoors, is ample and freely available. High speed Wi-Fi is always on, no code required. The store is clean, organized and always well stocked.Manager Exxzo is hands-on without micromanaging. One of the worst Starbucks experience. Incompetent partners, zero interest, zero system, confusion, zero contact at hand-off. Empty pastry case and merchwall. I was shocked at how this Starbucks could work.
Definitely among the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Curiously long wait for just about anything you order and poorly made. A real shame.
Went out if my way to get a coffee after work because I was drowsy. Online said they close at 9. I show up and they had a sign that says “sorry we are closing at 6 today” with no explanation. (I got there exactly at 6). The workers completely ignored me knocking on the window. Very rude and inconvenient.
Waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order is a bit much. Seemingly mobile orders are not prioritized as drinks were coming out for people ordering after I arrived to pick up my order. Employee was unhelpful and unapologetic.
I ordered a coffee at 10:33am, with expected pick up listed for 10:42am. I arrived at the store at 10:48am because this Starbucks is notoriously very late. I don’t mind the extra time as I always consider it when ordering from here. When it reached 10:54am, I politely asked Xavier to check my ticket and make sure it wasn’t over looked as this is something that has happened to me at several Starbucks before when mobile ordering. He was beyond rude, he never made eye contact with me, told me that I’d get my drink when he decided, and never for my checked my ticket before walking away. This guy does not belong in the customer service industry. A woman swooped in and checked for me and quickly pulled my ticket and made my drink. I wish I had her name, as she saved this experience and was lovely.

30 minutes WAIT for a coffee! THE WORSE STARBUCKS EVER!!! Rude rude employees!!!! Their answer: “call Starbucks to complain”. They Never apologized for wasting our times!! INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES There was a 5 people line to get a refund and leave!
