By far the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. The drink makers move as if they have no respect for other peoples time in the morning. Got my sandwich quick but it’s always drink makers and it’s two of them! There should be no reason as to why my drink takes of 15 minutes to make when their are only 3-4 people infront Of me
could use more customer services skills, need more tables.
Amazing customer service which is so rare these days. Everyone working yesterday morning (Thursday morning) was incredible. So kind and welcoming and such a neighborhood feel. What a good crew-they deserve a raise! I hardly ever go to Starbucks or any other coffee shop bc I avoid caffeine (I know ?) but these guys make me want to come every morning.
They always deserve 5 stars for customer service. Everyone nice and very professional.
Cleanliness should be improved in all areas including windows and doors, and bathrooms repaired and updated. Food and beverages are Starbucks standard. My 3 stars are for the servers, they're friendly and fast.
One of the more drearest Starbucks that I've ever been to. Such a misplaced spot for them to be located at. And of course the inside part being closed off due to Covid doesn't help..but unfortunately, these are the times that we live in, and therefore, it is what it is. Grab you're cup of Joe and move on.
This Starbucks has been out of Splenda and Equal for over two weeks. Crazy when they can send someone to Publix to buy some as opposed to blaming company logistic issues.
This particular location is special, this location has had a damn car crash right through the front store window, has bums constantly hanging around it daily (especially by the bus stop), and has had some negative Nancy's working there.... BUT that place still manages to keep a smile on my face & remembers me when I'm there.
Cashier was very professional and cordial. Food and drinks are always accurate and fast. Even when busy they move the line quickly and you don't have to wait long for your goods.
My dearest friend invited me to a birthday celebration at this café last weekend. While gazing at it, you can get a sense of what it tastes like.
