It is a nice place, except there is a bit of a queue because it is in a crowded location.
VIA UberEats, I ordered 3 of the same coffees, my special blend, as I was introducing colleagues to Starbucks. Coffee: Venti Caramel Macchiato with - 3 extra shots, 4 pumps of classic, 4 pumps of caramel syrup, cinnamon dolce, cinnamon powder. That's an $18 times 3. Delivered were 3 hasty venti cups of milk and coffee... PERIOD! I felt ripped off and my colleagues will never try Starbucks again. Oh Yeah, I want my friggin' money back.
Came in tonight to redeem my birthday reward and the barista was very friendly. Him and his team even sang happy birthday as I picked up my drink. Super amazing crew!! Thank you for making my night extra sweet
Good brand. Good coffee. Good service. Pricey. Outdoor seating area. With only 2 employees serving though, the inside and outside of the store were a little grummie.
Don’t even bother going here in the mornings. Even if you use mobile ordering to order ahead you have a better chance at seeing God when you arrive than having your order be ready. The staff will quip something like “sorry we haven’t gotten to mobile orders yet” or “we’ve had a lot of espresso orders today”. Last 2 visits I just got a refund and left rather than wait endlessly.
Sometimes a really long wait, but every time the staff is working fast and trying their best ( what more could you ask for ).Also, shoutout to Aldo, a person who is always happy, says good morning everyday and just looks like he is hustling all the time!
This starbucks has bad customer services, my food is supposed to be ready at 7 AM, and they didn't make it till 8 AM and kept me waiting for an hour.One of their employees, Aldo, is EXTREMELY rude and said I had to wait here and they were not gonna make it again. So they kept me waiting for another 10 min and didn't even apologize. Do not go to this starbucks! There's another starbucks near the Bond in brickell.

Sign outside says they have temporary hours and do not open until 5 AM. I show up at five. staff has not even arrived yet. when they eventually decide to show up, they say “sorry, it’s 530.”
