The Best Starbucks is on Worth Ave Palm Beach Fl
I love this Starbucks! The drive thu is so kind, thorough, and very patient. The workers are are always super kind and fast! I love this location! Even if they run out of something they come up with different ingredients to match the drink! It's tastes almost the same! That's always the best!
Sad to say this is one of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The drive through is horrible and they’re frequently out whip cream and certain flavors such as the toasted vanilla and brown sugar shaken expresso, which are my go to drinks.

This Starbucks is the worst I ever been to. The drive thru is so tight and uncomfortable they always get my order wrong even when I repeat it. The worst part is the customer service. The rudest staff with no customer service experience. I really hope the manager corrects this and trains his staff.
Oh my goodness…… Thank God I taste my frapp with every sip instead of gulping because I felt something hard in my drink and this came out of my mouth!!!! It was a Mocha Frapp so nothing like chocolate chips or crunchy bits we’re in there, so I knew it was a foreign object. It feels like a plastic shard/piece of the blender that chipped off? I think I’m done eating at ALL fast food places in Miami for the remaining time my fiancé is finishing law school down here… They just do not care enough down here in Miami no matter where you go and it’s going to kill someone someday.

Premade, cold and not 4 shots of espresso. Very difficult to miss a bad shift when one does this all day every day. Also, plastic street dividers fall over with wind all the time.
Very relaxing environment. Perfect for meet with someone, studying, or getting some work done. The staff is friendly and their products are of good quality. Will be returning to this location.
This Starbucks needs to train their employees better. I ordered caramel latte and it was the worst, most bland coffee I had in my life. Very disappointed.
