Staff needs significant training on the drive thru service. If your systems are down you need to have staff tell those cars who paid to move out of the way. People need to get to work and can't wait for your systems to come back on for two hours. There is Only one lane to get out and people can't wait forever.. Regional managers please take note.

This is literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to & I’ve been living in the area for 3+years . Do not go to this location if you’re in a rush .
I usually live this location but many times I order a latte with almond milk I end up with with dark mud with no foam or anything. So disappointing to leave the location and realize this coffee is not properly made. Waste of my money
Drive through was very busy. However if you are lazy enough to sit in your car. You can wait !! Drinks were perfect !! The staff work there butts off !!!
Not all Starbucks are the same. Yesterday I pass by and order Chai Tea Latte, the place was almost empty, no cars in drive thru, 2 people waiting for their order. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes for my Chai Tea Latte. I did not say anything, just wondering how long it will take if the place is busy. I will go somewhere else next time. The staff have no manners, no ethics.Parking- EnoughPremises- Place is cozy, great place to study as nobody will bother you.Waitress/Host- Below average.Note: King David the food critic will never return to this premises.
Employees are very nasty and disrespectful made me sit in line for 10 min. They took the order of the car in front of me in the drive-thru right before they closed at 9pm. A male employee goes outside and sees me at the speaker as he takes the chairs inside and fails to inform me that they just closed. I’m talking to the speaker thinking their ignoring me. Upset I pull up to the window thinking I’ll order their the girl tells me it’s after 9 and the store is closed. She apparently didn’t hear me at the speaker cuz it turned off. The manager (same guy that put the chairs in) comes to the window to reiterate that they are closed. You saw me in the drive thru and couldn’t have the decency to let me know. Thanks for wasting my time.
Baristas are garbage and they close at random hours without any notice. I will call corporate to report them.

This starbucks is by far my favorite! Great customer service and staff and makes you feel right at home! I want thank specifically Jeilla who always helps me out and is so sweet and kind with great customer service skills!
