Great customer service as always. My order is ready to go as I drive thru and never had an issue.One thing that is unfortunate is the drive thru area and the bushes look like no one has maintain the property. If management sees this review could you please have someone take a look at this as it really makes it hard to drive through and it would make a huge difference.Will revisit this review if they make the adjustment.

Drinks never taste the same nor priced the same although you purchase the same items. This location is always out of stock of something and the service is relatively slow.
Even though the drive thru was full it was quick
I order a venti caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle on & they served me my frappe with NO caramel and NO coffee. It’s just shocking how they managed to mess up something so simple, the ingredients is in the name of the drink. I ordered this through Uber so it makes me believe they don’t care for the quality of their drinks when it comes to 3rd party delivery.

Went there on my break with my boyfriend. Ordered 2 coffees and sat outside to wait for our drinks. Im looking at the drive thru line pass and pass, I saw every single car go and still no drinks. We then noticed that the couple that ordered after us got their drinks first. Finally, after 30 minutes of wait time my boyfriend went to see what was happening to our drinks. Inside they told him they could not find our ticket but we were “next next next”. At this point we asked for a refund, the girl at the front didnt even ask “why” she just said “ok”. When i expressed that we had been waiting for aproximately 30 minutes, she cut me off and said “yea I understand” in a very dismissive way. Then, she was about to give us a refund with the wrong amount of money. Overall, very bad experience. Rude staff and messy way of doing things. Probably wont come here again.
So sad that starbucks it’s far from my house !! I loved here!! The lady did a perfect iced green tea! Really friendly staff and super clean !! ???
This Starbuck is terrible you would wait about 20 to 30 mins at the drive-in, just for you to get your coffee. But if you go inside you get serve fast then waiting outside in your car ??♀️
