The team members are incredibly friendly and took care of me so well! A girl regulated the music volume when it was too loud so I was able to take my online class and hear well. There was a girl who took my order, she made the whole process so special when by making me laugh and going over the top with her disposition to create the perfect coffee for me. This created a great experience for me and now I want to come back for everyday I have to take my online college class. Smoothly performed ????
Cindy is by far THE best of the best. Greets frequent customers by name. Prepares drinks as they should be plus with a smile! Only issue here is the ladies restroom flusher has been broken for months. Would the management please get this repaired already I stopped by today around 5 PM and because the flusher was still broken the toilet was filled with things that no customer should have to see.

Good place, How dare you remove the gingerbread drink from the menu! That drink saved my life back when I had very sad days, it’s all I crave right after a tasty and nutritious snack wrap(tm) (which I can’t partake in anymore either). I ask that you bring back this drink of the gods at once and keep it year round, I dated a ginger once and now I’m getting this bread so as you can see I need this drink.
After coming to this location for years, about three times per week, I can tell you this will be my last time ever coming to this location and Starbucks ever in my life. Today was a new low for this location as for the last several weeks they have been getting my order wrong adding Stevia or similar type of sugar to my ice coffee when I ask for "ice coffee, almond milk, NO Sugar" so one would think this isn't a complex order or difficult to get right, apparently I'm wrong.... The only person who does get my order right is a veteran who clearly has a solid work ethic from being in the military not because of training from corporate or local management. Based on several of the young women who work at this location you can see they are more focused on the conversation between themselves vs. helping clients inside the store or paying attention to orders. However, this really falls on the management, training and lack of work ethic. It was so bad today I had to walk out after I placed my order and watched several orders after me get fulfilled only to ask if my ice coffee was getting made. The reply from the young lady was "did you order and pay for it" my reply to that was 10,000 years ago and walked out. If you cant handle four or five orders and understand who is politely waiting why are you even showing up to work... Clearly lacking management and oversight at this location. I'm sure I will not be the last person who has a bad experience.
This Starbucks location on 8th Street in Miami is a well managed Starbucks that provides everything that you need and more. They are very efficient at getting everything together even if it is a larger order. The staff here is very pleasant and accommodating. Good overall experience here.

This place in the morning is so amazing. The staff they have in the morning is so energetic and friendly. I've picked up and also done curbside, both have been excellent.
