Idk what happened to this place I guess they changed staffed what do you mean after 10 minutes in line the ladies going to tell me I have to come inside to pick up the Uber order, and she says they never given it through the window. Lady I’ve gotten ubers through this same drive through multiple times; and she wants to start arguing saying they’ve NEVER. Given it out, like I’m lying or something. Last the lady slammed the window and tried opened my car door I’ve never had an employee physically open my door this took place from around 10:30 -10:50 somewhere between that time on Monday June 27 I need to speak to corporate or file a bigger report because I’m not going to accept an employee grabbing my door no matter the situation I told her too give me a minute so I can call Uber and they completely harassed me.
When I need a pick me up in the afternoon - love the dragon fruit mango lemonade tea! So refreshing.If I am hungry, I also get the pesto chicken sandwich - delicious and filling.
This is a great place for a morning coffee. For my convenience this store opens early morning and closes late night. It is clean, organized, great ambiance. The staff is nice, very professional, and efficient. They do a really good job keeping the line moving. They handle a high volume of client, but their skills to have the work done in time and manners are undeniable. I use to order online using my Starbucks app which is very easy, fast, and convenient. The choice of counter pick up us highly recommended since the line for drive through is long sometimes. It takes me only 5 min to get in the store and my coffee is always ready and exceptionally good. I really enjoy some Wednesday and every Sunday morning coffee from this location.
Asked for the attached pictures. 1) Both were cold. 2) Flavors were not stirred, it was sitting at the bottom.
This starbucks is great, the only thing that sucks are the customers…they have a hard time comprehending that food items are not in the control of the store…they make baristas and store managements lives difficult. I ordered a specialty drink from a certain barista and it was exceptional. Will be coming back hope the annoying customers go away tho lol. There’s no reason this place should ever be rated less then 4 stars.
This starbucks is exceptional . Asked for a iced green tea latte and i kid you not it was the BEST i’ve ever had at any starbucks. everyone was so nice and attentive. I will be coming back
the staff is very nice, but i have not had a good drink here in the two times i have now visited. i go to Starbucks for the consistency, and this place doesn't have it.
OUT OF STOCK‼️‼️‼️.On A Sunday 6pm please. Inventory management NOt DOING their job or what???? Why ALWAYS out of stock banana bread loaf? Second time trying to pass by here and buy them and no luck
The biggest problem I have with this Starbucks is everything is always out of stock. If there’s a high demand of certain items then the manager needs to do better about getting more items to keep them stocked. No oat milk, no almond milk. Earlier in the week they only had one kind of tea. Aside from that, I usually order head of time so I have never have to wait in line for my order. Seriously though, the manager here needs to do better running this location.
Just had a not so good experience at this location. Starbucks employees in general are very friendly and welcoming but in this location they are just so task oriented and even with that they take long. I must say so that if the lines are long and you have to wait it's due to their lack of efficiency and not lack of personnel. My drink and warm loaf was just sitting there getting cold while I'm just waiting in the drive thru. Then she was just running around clueless back and forth when I could've had my order and left for the other person to move up. On top of that my drink was done incorrectly, I will definitely will be making the extra drive to my other nearest Starbucks.
