PASSION FRUIT & STRAWBERRY ACAI REFRESHERS WITH LEMONADE ❤
Got both of our simple drinks wrong. Ordered a passion iced tea. Got handed a tea that was a peach color, not red/pink like passion tea is. I asked if it was passion tea and they told me yes, it wasn't. It's something that tastes like peach. Also ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with hazelnut shots in it. They didn't include the hazelnut shots and this drink had no hint of sweetness whatsoever. I order this drink all the time and know what it tastes like. First and last time I'm ever going to this location.
This location is getting very busy, so we skipped it now, on Sundays. It used to be our weekly spot..:(

This Starbucks is pathetic, I literally waited in the drive through $25 minutes to then get to the window and the staff to tell me that they don’t accept $100 bills… AND THEY DON’T have ANY signs saying so! This is the first review I have ever left on google. In my entire life. The way the employee responded just ?
Thus review is really for the owner of the franchise. Hiring rude managers and incompetent employees will really affect your business.
My partner and I were super excited to grab coffee today before we settled down to catch up on work. When we received our coffee through the drive-thru it was not as flavorful as we had hoped. And I’m a stickler for their chai. It’s definitely an all-time favorite for me. She received a regular black coffee with sweetener and I ordered a triple dirty chai latte with oatmilk and it tasted like the coffee was sitting in the pot for too long. It tasted very watery and not like the typical chai latte I usually get. I’m not sure what the problem was, but please be more mindful about how the coffee is made and served.
Waited 20 mins for my drink. People came and went and I waited and waited. Wasn't even busy, the girl making the drinks was a mess. No one knew what order to make the drinks smh
