I started to come here on a daily basis. It’s a simple flat white. I usually come in the night so i tend to see similar faces. I know 3 people who stood out to me the most. Erin, Amanda, and kayla. Those girls greet me from the moment i walk in, make conversation, and make my drink in 2 seconds. I gave this place another try due to past issues with this location but i will for sure be back. Kayla always greets me with a smile and makes conversation while Erin is making sure i get amazing drinks. I wish i can speak to the manager about these two. AMAZING.
I go in with ? face and come out with ☺ love it. The manager is real friendly and all workers are very attentive. Thank you guys.

The one in Coconut Grove sucks the coffee was cold and they didn't put whip cream in any of the Hot Coffee Mocha I ordered by the time I got to my car and handed out everyone's coffee it was luke warm and no whip cream. Horrible service❗
Ordered the Tropical Iced Tea Passion Fruit Lemonade with Pump of Honey...Enjoyed it inmensely.
4 out of 5 times my order is wrong and even though I have never complained or been rude, I am still treated like an inconvenience. I just waited 20 min for one coffee. There were maybe five other customers, not sure why it took my entire break time to get one coffee.
From the moment I stepped into this Starbucks...very friendly. The cashier was upbeat, great energy! Even the people that made my drink...so friendly. Best part...didn't take long. Loved the experience! Would definitely tell others to go to Kendall and 107 ave. You won't regret it.
A tiny location, becomes dark and dingy at night. Still, Starbucks serves mediocre acidic coffee.
Walked in asking about a special valentine's day drink. While i was told by the cashier there was not a special valentine's day drink Maria asked do you want me to surprise you? She made the best and most beautiful drink. ? made my day it was my birthday by the wayShe just didn't know it ?
