I wish I can give ZERO STAR, service was terrible. Asked for cheese Danish, they don't have, asked for kiwi starfruit they don't have, asked for salted caramel cold brew and waited in drive through line for almost 15 minutes then paid for it but they said run out of caramel. I ended up getting nothing , I asked the server. You don't have anything? He said nope, we dont and he laughed. This location need to get a new managmemt
Last 3 times I’ve come here, I’ve ordered a hot drink but asked for kid-temp, and every time they’ve given it to me burning hot. One of those times they didn’t even have a sleeve and I already knew it wasn’t done correctly because you feel that heat once you grab the cup. It’s literally a simple button press guys... do better. Also the night crew could offer better customer service, they’ve been mildly rude.
Been here a few times and they've messed up my drink for the last time... I asked for a caramel macchiato with 8 splenda's mixed in... I have to say "mixed in" because I've noticed they'll sometimes put all the sugar at the bottom and then pour the coffee which doesn't mix it and leaves all the sugar at the bottom.This time around I received a cold drink with no sugar in it at all. Enough of this place.
1st time at this location. They have a drive thru also. I chose to go inside and order an afternoon snack to go. Very pleasant and kind staff.
I always buy pink drink online because I don't have time to wait for it in the store they take too long time, 3 weeks ago my favorite drink is SOLD OUT on line but if you go to the store if there is, that's very sad not being able to order what you want and wait 10 or 15 min for a drink I can't.

It’s very sad that i got treated the way i got treated for THEM messing up my drink I’ve been going to Starbucks for years now because i love the drinks and the service Starbucks always has till today i always thought Starbucks employees were like Orlando employees super nice and happy….but unfortunately today they messed up my drink i asked the barista to change my order since they did it incorrect i asked for a manager i got ignored she went to go fix it and was talking bad about me with one of the other employees copying and making fun of the way i asked to change my order doesn’t seem to professional on their end i get upset i stay quiet grab my drink and continue to walk as i am existing the building the manager thought it was okay to keep repeating to me have a good day as i continue walking and don’t reply he keeps repeating it and then says thank you to you to….last i checked managers are supposed to correct their employees for bad service but since this manager was to busy flirting with the employees he can’t focus on what his employees are doing wrong and that’s why that Starbucks is a total mess…STARBUCKS THIS IS NOT OKAY
Food is delicious and even do the staff was busy and the place was somehow crowded, they managed to give a great service, fast and efficiently.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE the guy PETTER in the window had bad attitude. Gave me a wrong order, they don’t have the right size cups and charge for the correct size. They put a lot ice in the Pink drink and the hot coffee extremely sweet. I don’t recommend this Starbucks I paid for drinks that I did not received correctly.what I really order.
Drive thru was a bit slow but they got order correct.
