I ordered a matcha and when I got my order they gave me milk with a green apperiance to it but it did not taste like what I ordered and when I asked them if they could put a bit more matcha in it they gave me an attitude and told me “that’s the right color for it” by the way I wasn’t talking about the color I was talking about the flavor. Really bad staff
Love my morning coffee with a fast and cordial service
The service was good but my mozzarella and tomato panini was all bread. The ingredients were barely present and collected at the very center of the sandwich. I mostly ate hot bread.
Horrible experience!! I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my drink and come to find out, they had already made it earlier and gave it to someone else and they kept me waiting and no one asked me what I was waiting on until it was too late. The guy at the register didn’t even take my name and that’s why that happened. My sandwich got cold and the bread was rock hard. Poor communication and horrible service.
Staff friendly and efficient...visit the drive-thru frequently.
They are always full but the line moves fast. Friendly employees.

Great service by the young girl with pink hair at the register today and my caramel crunch frappe was so good, I’m not sure what they do at London square but here it was so much better. The girl with short hair curly hair I think was the one that made it. A++. I typically only do drive thrus but decided to walk in today and the service was spectacular. Thanks!
