I live in the area and come often. Today May 11, 2022 @ 9:50am. I’m going to miss this Barista when she leaves- I tried to see her name tag but the way my vision is setup I would have been all up in her grill. I may not always show it with my facial expressions but she’s the best, very personable and just genuinely nice. Always a pleasure to deal with. You just can’t have a tude with her. Every single time you go there’s a new problem. Today was the last straw this girl had the audacity to tell me I’m rude because I told her I had been waiting a while for my food ? I don’t understand how someone can have so much entitlement when being in the wrong. These people are a joke they will see you wait in the line 10 minutes and not ask you why you’re at their register.
“Baristas” are very rude, care more about talking about their personal lives than attending customers. Baristas names tags don’t even have their actual names, they have “Pluto” and “slay” or don’t even have on name tags. “Pluto” took my friends order and then left while I was still waiting in line. Later my friend went to order a sandwich and even though no cars were in the drive thru, there were no people waiting for food they continued laughing and talking, my friend went to ask for an update on her order and the girl had and attitude claiming my friend was rude.
This Starbucks has been getting worst as the time goes. I ordered a venti and this is what I received after waiting 10 min for them to take my order and making it, with no one else in line. This has become the worst Starbucks here on us 1. They became a ? joke
Excellent customer service and the drinks are the same as any other Starbucks although the lines at this location can have you sitting in your car for longer than you would like. This location can use a revamp.
Excellent customer service, great seating inside and outside, and fully stocked. Highly recommended!!
This location is extremely frustrating. The location is great, but they are constantly sold out of items and “the system is down” or something is not working correctly. It’s to the point where I’ll drive out of my way to go to the location off 124th street instead of this one.
UPDATE: This is a consistent issue, not a one time thing.Staff seems to be working hard, yet the wait is too long to justify buying from here. 25 minutes for a tall ice coffee, which they got wrong. Not going back.
My girl Roshaya is the best !! The most amazing customer service and tons of patience. Talk about Christmas spirit!!
