i always get a pink drink and for some reason this store can rarely get it right. i asked for no berries and received with berries, no big deal. i asked if they could remake it and i got it back to see they only scooped it out. slightly annoying but not that big of a deal, i’ll live. but the drink seemed as if it was only coconut milk. it didn’t even look slightly pink, i could barely even taste the strawberry açaí. whatever they’re doing it seems they need to be doing the opposite of that. normally would’ve asked for it to just be remade as a whole or just get a refund but i was in a rush and wasn’t able to. i normally wouldn’t leave a review about this but since it happens so often i thought i might as well.
Worst Starbucks I ever been! I ordered few drinks - hazelnut hot latte and dragonfruit lemonade. Both was made wrong. Barista was dressed so dirty and smelled like he doesn’t know what it laundry and shower. He was taking orders for drive true at the same time and probably that’s why messed up my drinks. He was also very rood. I arrived at 7 pm Friday, placed supposed to be open till 9 pm, but the took away all the food and told me they closing soon. I was planning to sit outside and asked if they can help me to clean up outside table a little after the rain, but they refused that.. I asked to speak with the manager but that dirty barista told me hi is the manager and refused to tell me his name… I left that place and I would not recommend this place to anyone..
Their oven/toaster must be broken because we received our food with a cold center which isn’t common for any Starbucks I’ve been to. We would have returned but we were on a deadline so we just had to either eat around center.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have been to. I am a consistent Starbucks customer and I will go out of my way to a different location instead of going to this one. The drive-thru line is always extremely long and moves very slow. The employees act like they don’t care about their job or the customers. This location needs different management and better employees.

Well. I see all the reviews are correct about this place, and nobody has fixed it. Also, I received half of my drink today. This is certainly not what I paid for. You can tell that nobody in there has a clue as to what they are doing. Sad.
Nice clean Starbucks. Super delicious. Staff was definitely hustling but majorly understaffed
