John was so amazing and helped me out today! I will never forget his kindness. Starbucks, give that young man a raise!

Ordered an Açaí refresher in the drive through, and while shaking the cup i looked at the strawberries and noticed worms inside ??‍♀️? you can see one on the corner of the cup in the photo. I’m disgusted, won’t be back to any starbucks. Costumer service sucks too.

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The older women with the long pony tail mistreats customers and employees. I’ve been rushed out of the drive through with a wrong order. Maybe if they didn’t focus so much on window time they wouldn’t make as many mistake treating customers as a number instead of a client. The manager has practically shut the window on me mid sentence.

This location is terrible now. They said the short hours would only be for a week or two. It’s about 6 weeks later. They used to put a sign up telling everyone they’d be closing early every day, now they don’t even bother. For years, they had an afternoon/night crew of 3 or 4 people. They’d handle the drive thru & cafe orders and two guys would clean the entire store, prep it for the morning crew and do all the things the morning shift dumped on them. Today they have 6 or 7 staff members working, cafe is closed, drive thru line is causing traffic east & west down 63rd street and south on Biscayne. If you ask them why the cafe is closed so much, you get the nastiest replies. I hope people start stealing the outdoor furniture. Idk why. I just do. I think this location would deserve that.

Wonderful and fast staff. Very kind. Will definitely come back here in the future.

This location will make your drink order wrong if you order through the mobile app. Don't make the mistake of ordering from this location through the Starbucks app. Staff is blah depending on the time of day you go.

This is my local Starbucks and frankly, I hate this place. Whoever is running this location has turned it to complete garbage. You never know if it’s open or not. The store’s metrics are only measured by the drive thru so it’s basically the only thing they focus on. And with their common practice of only having the drive thru open they create constant traffic jams along Biscayne Blvd. They’ve been shortening their hours of operation for the past few weeks. They said it was only for a week. It’s now 3 weeks later. And by forcing everyone to have to use the drive thru, it’ll take you 3 times as long to get anything from there. And what about say, First Responders, Starbucks? What if something goes down and the first responders get stuck in your traffic jam drive thru?

Good location. Friendly service, coffee was great

25 minutes for a hot tea. Staff more worried about cleaning to go home early. Come on.

This is a very nice Starbucks. The reason I gave it three stars is because I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and by the time I left the store I felt like I had been invisible to the employees of the store. I had to on several occasions call their attention to me. People that came into Starbucks after me. Wound up getting orders before me. That is when I really felt invisible to them and it made me angry.
