I love this licatiin, the atmosphere & staff"s attitude but they never seem yo get my order right. Requested for a venti movha cookie crumble frap & paid for a venti movha cookie crumble frap but received a mocha frap instead no crumbles no chocolate syrup... from what I heard that costs less...when the order comes out right then I will change to 5 star.
Got the size of my drink wrong - run out of dragon fruit for colleagues drink - service needs to be better
The website is fantastic! I had readings with several of the advisors, and they were all accurate in their assessments of my circumstance and headspace. I did struggle in the beginning because I could figure out how to use the site (I’m not great with technology) but I was able to resolve it by contacting customer care, who explained everything to me. To be honest, I'm delighted!!

Inside of store they have all seating blocked and make everyone sit outside in the florida heat. When asked why they dont know. So google maps says that the dine in is open which should be updated or why have a business open if you close down all the inside seating ? Wont be coming back to starbucks bad business
