Pulled Pork was excellent, served with crispy waffle fries. Cheap plastic utensils are not cool at these prices, $24 for soda and sandwich. Staff was cold and not friendly as the Grateful Hospitality sign says.

Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich but they gave me a brisket sandwich. The brisket was really oily and stale, and made me immediately sick (stomach ache and diarrhea). I almost never get sick, definitely not from food, and I dine out a whole lot, so I suspect their hygiene isn’t exactly perfect. Also these are some obnoxious prices? 20 dollars for a sandwich at a no-name bbq place that serves stale meat? Lol.

If you’re in the mood for barbecue, you’re not going to find any better.I recommend:The sliced lean brisket (instant favorite) was tender and full of flavor. The Beef Brisket Burnt Ends, covered with delicious sweet sauce. The Hales Kale Coleslaw, crispy and refreshing. The Smoke Loaded Potato is good although a bit expensive at $10.The Baby Back Ribs (another instant favorite) had a perfect smoky flavor and so tender that the meat just fell off the bone. The Heirloom Cornbread so sweet, it was dessert, although next time I’ll make room for the Smoked Bourbon Bread Pudding. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.

This is some of the best BBQ I've ever had in my life! I got the Brisket slices, pit smoked beans, and loaded potato and it was all fire!! We went together as a family and there was eleven of us. Collectively, we all ordered at least one thing from the menu and it was all so delicious!! Great food and service!!

This place is a joke. Went to get food but wanted us to order online. So we pulled out our phones. Then they asked us to go outside. It’s 530pm on a Sunday. Place was dead- which made me think it’s probably not the greatest. but whatever. Probably that along with the fact they remove PAYING CUSTOMERS over masks. We are in flordia and to eat I can’t wear a mask. I won’t give a dollar to this kind of establishment. I suggest finding somewhere else. Tap42 across the street is fantastic. It was busy and the chicken lettuce wraps were amazing. I’ll go back there for sure

First of all, the ribs I ordered were ice cold and practically raw, second, I found a long strand of hair in my macaroni. I notified the waitress on the way out and was given attitude along with being told I needed to wear a mask even though I was 3 feet away from the exit. Never eating here again, terrible service and disgusting food

Extremely disappointed. Dirty food, place, and so overpriced. The pulled pork had almost no flavor as it was drowned in oil and consisted primarily of skin (little meat) and we had to stop eating out of fear that we’d get sick. The place deceitfully smelled good, but once we entered it was a disaster. Trash overflowing by the drink fountain, dirty tables & chairs, random items just stocked in the corner to the ceiling as if it was a storage room. Do not eat here!

Overpriced, unorganized, and disappointing. Chef Hale needs to be more hands on at this location before it drives all the customers away. I ordered the loaded fries - they said "add any protein", I asked for brisket. I was told it'd be fries, protein and "sauce". The final dish...fries, brisket, unmelted cheddar and sour cream....SOUR CREAM!? Who in the right mind tops brisket with sour cream?? ? Would not recommend....I miss Sakaya Kitchen even more now #RIPBulgogiTots

Good tasty food. Tiny bit over priced. Dirty bathrooms with no soap at all.No water Pressure at all. You would want to wash your hands definitely after eating here right?

Great Food. Filled me up with just one dish for lunch. Definitely recommend if your looking to get a guarantee full stomach for lunch or dinner! Also available for online delivery orders
