They have horrible customer service skills. They was rushing my order today. I ordered a shrimp bowl, I repeated it twice. Then she repeated it back to me and still got my order wrong. I take the order back after I noticed it was wrong. She had an attitude because I said no complimentary drink because Y'all got the order wrong. She rolled her eyes and walked off. Will never see me there again. They deserve a negative star rating -4.
Unprofessional and SLOW. Waited over a hour for my order just for them to say they gave my order to another car. No sorry, no refund and keep the food, NOTHING. They also sold me a old lemon cake. I would not recommend this restaurant location. Orlando Snappers is better
The worst customer service I've experienced in a fast food joint. Place is filthy. Food taste old. The wait time? Bring a deck of cards for any order bigger than fries.
This location is quite busy but the food always comes out hot fresh & tasty. I definitely recommend this location I love it.??????????????
I just ordered my food the black heavy set woman is very rude ? she dose not need to be working at the window if u trying to Make your business prosper...Food is well done and good may i add..Fresh and Hot.
I loved this place and I’ve been a long time snappers supporter for years. One of my favorite fast food restaurant but I’m disappointed to say they’ve raised the full conch from 20-30 for something that won’t even feed 2 people.
I'm a longtime fan and try not to stay away from the wings and shrimp. But I decided to try the Philly shrimp wrap. Wasn't a lot of shrimp but if everything else. Didn't realize it was deep fried also. It was too heavy and I will not be buying this again.

Its decent but, I don't see the hype.I tried the Snapper, shrimps, and lobster, definitely better than long johns and those type but I think its the lemon pepper ?
When I'm in liberty City this place right here is a must stop.. I'm in love with the rainbow slushi and no matter when I come my food is always hot, fresh and economically doable! So expect to wait and yes its worth it!OBTW you may wanna let them know how much seasoning you want sprinkled on ya food.. Sometimes it can be a bit much!
