Food was good and at a good price. Empanadas are also very good.
Used to put all other healthy food spots to shame years ago. Now only a shell of its former self.Less quality on ingredients, smaller portions, WAY higher prices, less taste, more restrictions, and the customer service is either just ok or horrendously atrocious, no in between. No differentiating factor from other spots, explore other options.
The food was delicious. The customer service was impecable. I'll be coming back.
Second time I come up and now they put iextra charge for the quinoa. The Costumer service was very rude I’ve been to the same place in another location and they didn’t add extra, the chicken was very bland no favor when it’s called “grilled chicken”. never again …. And the place really bad !!!!!! WORSE FRANCHISE EVER … I just let then now about Kendall location
FOR THE BEST SMOOTHIES IN MIAMI AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECOMMEND GOING TO THE SMOOTHIE SPOT ON SW 120TH ST.The smoothies at this location on 72nd st have always been delicious, however, this specific location has TERRIBLE customer service on behalf of the owner. I have been to this location multiple times but had never encountered the treatment I received while going with my sister. The owner decided he would ring up our order but he didn't know how to split the cost between my sister and I so an employee assisted him. I found that moment to be sweet and decided to leave a generous tip. When I received the bag with the wrap we had ordered I noticed the employee hadn't added the sauce that she had asked if we wanted so I kindly asked if they could please give me the sauce and the owner said to me "this transaction has already been completed so if you want a sauce you can get it but you will have to pay for it." Not only was me not having the sauce an error on behalf of the employee for forgetting to put it in the bag to begin with but I HAD ALSO GIVEN HIM A GENEROUS TIP.I found this treatment to be extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never go to this location again and discourage anyone from going and receiving such a negative experience.
We got food poisoned the other day from a steak bowl we ordered from smoothie spot Kendall. We don’t recommend this place!
They are unprofessional dealing with UberI picked up a order and gave them a thumbs up and they gave me a thumbs down because I had another order to pick up after and they wanted me to deliver their order immediately!!I explained I have another order to pick up, I showed them my phone showing them “Next pick up” they said they had a problem with another Uber driver before !! They are just being unprofessional and seem very confused with keeping their story straight!!!They are so rude and unprofessional it’s a shame Uber still allows this place to receive Uber ordersSo if another restaurant (the same as this one) makes a mistake does that mean this store should be given a thumbs down??? No because it’s not the same store or employees, no common sense what so ever!!That has nothing to do with me what so ever!!SHAME ON YOU!!!
It’s always nice to have lunch here. The menu is very good and the smoothies are amazing.The people is very polite and the place is very clean! Highly recommended!

Great smoothies, bowls, etc, but they are unclear with their hours. On their website it says this location is open 10 AM. On their door it says 11 AM. And when I come and see it's closed, a different location informs me that is location in West Kendall is always closed on Sundays.
