i recently ordered for delivery and it was really bad. I used the app, and it said i had $4 off and it didn’t give it to me and i tried calling the store and they took the phone off the hook. I go to this location frequently and the customer service was bad in person will now be going to any other smoothie king but this one.
Love the green tea tango smoothie but be sure to ask not to add turbinado sugar
It says new management but when you walk in late at night the girl gives you a mad face, she doesnt even try to hide it, and they are training a guy who saggs his pants so you are ordering with a guy who is showing everyone his boxers.
Great location. The only issue I had was this location’s menu was hard to read. The young man at the front was able to answer all of my questions. Tasted so much better than expected!!!
Arrived at 8:52 and the they were closed. The hours say 9 pm closing time. Wasted time driving here and gas money
Worst customer service I have ever seen. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. You have to get their attention to even order because all of them are on the phone or just talking. I order online and the store was randomly closed at 11 am. No one answers the phone the following days so I can ask for my refund. I had to go through corporate to get a refund and no one from the store ever answered. Smoothies are okay taste wise at least, but very disappointing customer service.
It would be so easy to update hours on the door.
There were 2 girls screaming when I walked in and didn’t stop not even while I was ordering! Complaining about god knows what in Spanish! The worst service I have ever had!
Love it here! Amazing customer service. I always come late after the gym to grab a smoothie, usually there’s 2-3 girls there that are extremely helpful and friendly. They are very quick with taking and serving my order with the convenience of the drive thru. I come here probably 4-5 times throughout the week. Very attentive employees!
This is a great place for a protein shake or any kind of smoothie. Quick and fast no wait awesome.????
