Ordered a Strawberry Hulk and it tasted super watery, the texture was not solid either. Normally at other smoothie king location I order the same for years. I know the taste and texture. First and last time I go to this location. I was inside when they were making it. They added a lot of ice and water and when it came to strawberries, they went cheap and only add very little. Hence why the smoothie taste like ice and water and no strawberry flavor same with texture. They are so cheap in adding the correct recipe ingredients: Paid close to $10 for basically water and ice with some pink color. Very disappointed. They should be ashamed to scam customers like that.
We arrived here on July 3rd, Sunday. 20 minutes before closing an employee told us that “we are kind of closing”. The first time in my life we felt guilty that we want to buy something and make some profit for the company. When she saw that we are confused by her statement once we asked “oh you are closing but it’s like 7:40 ???” then she decided that they are not closing and called another employee to come. Then more costumers arrived, like 6 of them. Moreover and most important, she also made us smoothie that taste like never before, it was so messed up that we couldn’t recognize the flavor and consistency of the smoothie. I always order Lean1 in other Smoothie King’s and I know exactly how it should taste like. If you don’t like your job so much, maybe you should consider go to work somewhere else… Do not recommend this place!!
I walked in at 8:30pm, for 1 smoothie. I was not greeted, the 1st employee was on her personal cell phone, taking money and washing dishes(unsanitary) and working very slowly. The 2nd employee (who made all the smoothies alone) did not know how to manage the amount of orders they had and together they made a poor team. I waited 30 minutes for one smoothie. (I had to renew my paid parking it took so long) The business could use a deep cleaning and more staff to assist with customers. Overall, l will not return to this location.
Has to be the worst managed Smoothie King I’ve been to. Every single time I’ve ever placed an order here (5 times now) it hasn’t even been started by the stated pickup time. Not once. And never because they are actually a busy location - always because the staff seems incompetent to handle even the basics of this (very simple & straightforward) business.They’ve made more mistakes than I could recount on individual drinks; the place is never clean, and the staff never has any clue about what is going on. This really will be the last time I visit - it’s just not worth the mistakes/hassle/bad timing/bad experience even though the next closest Smoothie King is nowhere near as convenient.
Fridays are the only days we prefer to go now, after having to spend $37 on 2 drinks Mon-Thursday for our regulars with additional nutrition. Great concept but slick with the additional sliding scale of added healthy goodness
The assistant manger Erica is very rude, I walked in to the store and she didn’t even say hi. She did not have on a mask which was very weird because we are still dealing with COVID and she is very dirty she made me a smoothie and It was terribly disgusting so I asked her to remake it and she did not even rinse the blender, she just used the same oone and it was even worst, she got really upset this store use to have good customer service now it’s just going down hill. It’s sad really……….
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I don’t mind waiting but leaving me standing there like an animal without greeting me “hello sir we will be right with you” or something would be appreciated. Then when it was my turn to order she just stared at me, didn’t ask me what I wanted or greet me or anything. This generation z group has such terrible manners it is really depressing

Customer service was nice but the smell of the store made me want to throw up! Fruit looked old. Spoons used to get fruits were laying everywhere. I couldn’t get a smoothie from there. Had to head to south beach.
I was craving a smoothie but almost changed my mind after the smell of the place hit me as I walked in? Surprisingly the bathroom smelled better than the whole store, but even then the soap dispenser was falling off the wall and paper towel holder was falling apart. I barely stuck with my decision to order. It was definitely not inviting
