Lately, they are missing all of the essentials. Today the charged me for peanut butter but they didn’t have ...so I paid extra for air? There is a Publix in the same shopping center. It makes no sense for them to be out of ingredients, basic ingredients like bananas or strawberries.
Came at 9 and was not open. Waited 10 minutes and left. Waste of a drive.

Horrible watery smoothie I thought it was because I had ordered from the wrong store not my usual so I had to drive 10 mins there to find that they had just left my smoothie in the counter but judging by these reviews the smoothies are just watery and to not even have the decency to put a cold drink in a refrigerated area is just wow also no peanut butter or almond butter which I paid extra for
I ordered 2 drinks my postmate driver even told them that the order shows 2 things not one. He didn't want to make it and honestly as bad as he made the only one I did receive not worth it. Was literally water down can't taste anything. Waste of money.

their blender broke and put pieces of plastic in my smoothie. almost chocked to death but they did offer to make me a new one afterwards.

Showed up on a Saturday at 9:36 am and they were closed even though store hours are 9am-9pm. It’s not a holiday either. Not the first time this has happened. Very unpredictable. The manager should be informed of this.
