I had a terrible experience. I came here this morning waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru because whoever was inside told us to wait a few moments. Few moments turned into half an hour. We called the store we tried talking in the mic nothing. I skipped Starbucks to come here because I was really craving a smoothie before work. But I had to leave because I had to work. I am very disappointed
I just came back from the Smoothie king at 12520 SW 88th St, Miami, FL 33186.First i had to wait for the employee to finish socializing with his friends which were not buying anything at all.I received my smoothie but tasted like water and almond milk. Since i didnt like it , i kindly asked for a change since there is a satisfaction policy that apparently he wasnt aware of.He said laughing that if i wasnt going to paid for it i couldnt get another one. I pointed to the sign which show the free replacement (he couldn't see it) and he still denied it.This is the worst smoothie king i have ever been to. I hope it changes.
The smoothies are delicious especially when cold. Only thing smoothie king needs is better delivery services.I'm not a fan of door dash or Postmates etc I wish they had their own . Because of the smoothie needing to be icy your delicious smoothie is in the hands of people who are not being paid well because of all the service and whatever fee.Anyways when you get one your going to want more it's that good!
Every time I come to this particular location never get a receipt. Something is always wrong with there Credit card machine. Always missing ingredients. And when I asked to scan for points they don’t know how. If you’re looking for a Smoothie King I will recommend the one right off 88th St. west of the turnpike.
This smoothie King location always has some kind of issue with their network, sometimes they don’t accept credit cards only cash, today they are not accepting orders because their system is down again very disappointing.

It’s great to have a drive thru smoothie king. You get delicious and healthy smoothies made in just a few minutes without having to get out of your car. A little pricy, but I think the quality and service are well worth it. The employees are very friendly and polite. Keep up the good work
Terrible experience! $5 Friday is their promotion on their speaker. Ordered 2 smoothie, $14.33, not $10. I asked and wast told that corporate had increased. When I questioned their speaker promotion l, the assistant, Dana, gave me attitude & disrespect. Service has always been bad, but I try to give the business, but this time was the last time!
Can corporate please visit this smoothie king and help it out? The last couple chances I’ve given it, something has gone wrong. Once, the girl wouldn’t answer on the speaker. When I drove up to the window she told me to drive back around and that I had not waited long enough in the rudest way. Then when I drove back around she told me they were only accepting cash!! Which I didn’t have. Big waste of time. This time my smoothie is just watery Icey and sugary. It’s just gross. Not to mention the floors looked absolutely disgusting. Old food/moldy looking gunk on the floors and is was all wet and gross looking. This is the worst location. ALL of the other ones are so clean and on point. Only giving two stars because the blonde girl who gave me my smoothie was sweet and fast. She probably just needs some help as the line was piling up. There was another girl just sitting in there on her phone not doing anything right in the front of the drive thru. Not a good look.
Hmm I don't know the flavor I got wasn't my favorite. Prices are okay.
