It’s 4.11pm on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Have seen around seven customers attempting to get inside without luck. One of the busiest days, they are “closed”. The doors are locked. The employee apparently state they are closed although the website indicates they close at 9pm. You call the phone number and they pick up and hang up. Have attempted to go inside myself and the employees are in the back stock room.
I have NEVER experienced horrible service like I did at this location. I ordered a peanut power plus with strawberry and it tasted like nothing. Like absolute nothing. So I brought it to the attention of the team member Paula Bustamante and asked if it could be remade or at the very least refunded and she said “No I can’t. It’s not my fault, I followed the recipe.” I’ve ordered this multiple times and have never had an issue. I assume everyone follows the same recipe, so what happened here? I asked again if it’s possible to remake it because it literally tasted like lightly flavored water and she said no. When I asked to speak to the manager she said to call back later. When I asked for her name she refused to tell me. I only found out her name because she had to tell a delivery guy who walked in while all of this was unfolding. I’m appalled with how this situation was handled. I paid for a smoothie that I ended up leaving at the store because it was horrible. And this employee was so careless and just kept saying “I don’t know what to tell you, I followed the recipe.” I’ve never experienced something like this. And when I asked her if I could speak to a manager she said “no you have to call later”. No one with this kind of attitude and horrible customer service skills should be working behind the counter of such a reputable place. What a shame.
Horrible experience. Nice employees but don’t know how to make a proper smoothie. Not worth your money!! I watched a boy make a smoothie 4 4 times for the same customer and still did not get it right. Waiting over 15 minutes for two smoothies with no lines. Owner patrolling his doggy. Come in and train your people papito.. More than 3 mistakes happening with customers returning smoothies but the owner is outside chilling while his people are burning and need help making smoothies. Pay your people right and train them right. Your outside and your employees have made over 3 mistakes . Get your hands dirty and help them and train them right. Take care of your business.
Bad customer service from Nicole. I got her name from the receipt. I was waiting to take my order while she was on her phone. Her words were “give me one second” after I said “hello” twice to get her attention. I come usually but I had never been treated like that.
My daughter went into the Smoothie King purchased a smoothie and the attending server got into an argument with two girls behind my daughter after the argument she got into a blind rage and started throwing things on the floor and into the sink my daughter ask for a refund since everything was on the floor and everything look dirty after the incident the young lady denied her this smoothie and the refund so basically she just got robbed 10 am March 18
Great service and product availability. This store is usually pretty empty. Nice sitting area too.

To be very honest i used to come to this smoothie king a lot in the morning and at night but unfortunately the night staff are a bunch of kids that dont want to work they close ten mins early serve with bad attitude and one time rejected my order before closing time this has happened twice at night management needs to take care of this because this can lose clientele for the future and tbh im not trying to make a big fuss of this but how hard is it to make a smoothie this is unacceptable and sad that this is what this establishment has to offer now it wasnt like this before
Gio makes the best smoothie
