Everyone here works HARD for how busy they are!No tip jars inside which is upsetting…Pricing here is marked up compared to others (i just used the app to order and got a discount).Really not so deserving of so many low reviews. Maybe dont wait in a 10 car long drive through when you can just walk inside.
Seems to be more than the other smoothie kings. And they cut the actual size of the scoop in half, $1.50 for 9grams of protein?! So not only are the smoothies half juices not actual fruit but they cut the nutrients in half. Nice guys! Helpful staff at this location. Literally not one look,acts or moves like they care. I get it kids running the business smh.
Horrible customer service! A young girl with a terrible attitude. Seems that she does not like when customers ask her a lot of questions. I was told smoothie King was the best place to go for smoothies. I went to your competitors. So sad that you hire people like this in your stores.
Order a smoothie last night. It tasted horrible. It wasn't the usual taste.
I’m a regular at this location as I frequent here practically every other day. I have let the attitudes of most of the workers at this location “slide” as the smoothies are usually really good, this location is about 5 minutes from my home and I appreciate the drive thru option but as of today, I think I’d much rather make the 10 mile drive to another location for better service. I informed the drive thru worker that I was picking up my order and was rudely told “congratulations, now what can I get you?” My order without the unwarranted rudeness and sarcasm would be nice. Completely uncalled for and definitely not a way to treat customers who spend hundreds of dollars with you monthly.
I decided to go to this Smoothie King location for my husband's birthday to end his celebration, And I was told very rudely at the drive-through that if I was going to order more than 4 smoothies I had to do it through the app for next time which is fine. Although nowhere on the drive through menu does it mention this "policy" nor were there more cars behind me. I pull up to confront the cashier maybe manager? To be told she didn't have an attitude which she did butonce confronted toned down her attitude. I have been going to this smoothie king daily and have never had a problem but I'm definitely not going again. Horrible customer service

I love the fact that it has a drive through and they make the smoothie so delicious! I come here almost all the time. They do a good job in serving customers.
