I have not had the chance to write a review since my daughter birthday party but they deserved the time for a good review I order for 7/6 for 20 people vanilla and dulce leche. All my guess we’re amazed with the delicious cake simply cake make, moist not to sweet I order cake pops too. Beautiful design as I requested. Extremely concern with my daughter allergy to peanuts and tree nuts. We had a blast. Thank you
Inquired about a cake, gave them all info and would not reply to me all week with a price. When I asked them again they said they will not take any more orders for that week. Lazy, terrible customer service and i'm extremely disappointed because i've ordered hundreds of cakes and this has never happened before. Wanted to give them a try because of their instagram but clearly they don't care about their customers

I have been ordering cakes from Simply Cakes for almost 7 years and have never been disappointed. The designs are meticulous and beautiful, just like a story made out of sweet fondant and delicious flavor! Sometimes we have our own design and sometimes we just trust them with their ideas. Wanted to try somewhere new for my daughter's birthday, so I checked out this place. The staff were very nice. We asked for a slice of cake to taste and realized it was rum cake. So we asked if the cake could be done without the rum and the lady said yes. We ordered cake, cupcakes, and cake pops, and the decorations all turned out beautifully, exactly like we wanted! Unfortunately the cake itself was very soggy. There was some type of syrup literally oozing out of the cake. We didn't really care for it. The cupcakes were good and the cake pops were the best part by far. We won't be back for cake but maybe for those scrumptious cake pops.

I ordered a cake for the first time for my son's First Holy Communion. It was perfect! The taste was great and the design was everything I asked for. They took their time with me and paid attention to every detail. The delivery was professional and timely. Also, after shopping around, I found the cost to be very reasonable and competitive.
