Well if you read my reviews I usually try to stay pretty positive. I had a Shula burger the only thing that was on there was barbecue sauce and bacon. It was a dollar extra for a salad I had to ask to be served. Now I never mind spending good money for a good food. With that being said the hamburger was dry and the hamburger bun was even dryer. I waited Shula’s in Chicago fantastic food this place really needs to step up its game.

Phone order menu. I took a screenshot luckily because from there it got worse.ordered a vodka tonic and vodka and soda. We were given 2 vodka tonics and a paper cup of club soda with lime which I was charged 4.29$. Asked the waitress who was frazzled but nice to fix it and take the charge off to he bill. It never happened. We ordered 2 burgers with fries and a salad. We got one burger burned and hard cold french fries and the salad. Finally we asked where the rest of our order was when my companions had finished and was told we only ordered one burger. I showed her the payed receipt and she tried to argue about it 15 minutes later I got the burger but not with the right toppings and was told there were no.pickles. had to ask for condiments which took longer finally got some onion when the buher was almost finished. All this for a mere 155.$. 2 Bad burgers cold fries a salad without meat 2 drinks and 1 beer for $155. What an unbelievable rip off.

Quick service, cozy. Food was average.Fries were very good.Waiter was very friendly and fast. Would eat here again.

This was the worst burger and fries I have ever had. Even worse than a fiasco at Steak n Shake. The fries were cold and rubbery and soaked in grease. The double Shula burger was dry and tough but still dripping in grease. I have no idea how it could be so greasy yet so dry. I went through several napkins before I gave up and just ate half of it with fork and knife, leaving the other half to sit with the fries in cold grease. I would have sent it back but waitress never checked on me. I finally called her over and said it was bad and she automatically guessed the fries were cold. Not sure if that was because she saw my fries were barely touched or that cold fries were the norm. She said she would tell the chef. Half hour later, chef or manager had not come out and I left.An unexpected $5.47 service charge was automatically added making my check $40 for a small bottle of water and a lousy meal that upset my stomach.

Worst service. This is independently owned and they could care less about customer service. We order 3 waters that never came. We got one with a FLY on the TOP( plain view) for server to see. We were told to order off menu app. I asked for table to be cleaned. Got two drinks 15 minutes later. Mine was salad and steak. Steak was cold and tough to cut. My daughters order came out 30 minutes later. My husband’s wings came out they were good but he did not have a drink with it. Meanwhile bartender was sweeping the floor instead of supplying drinks. They added fries to his appetizer they were cold. My daughters came out hot but that was after we all finished our meals. They add an 18% service fee on top of your bill. We would have missed our flight except we had a 3 hour lay over. So wings, salad & steak, wrap with fries and 4 cocktails and a soda was a$162.00 for lunch. This is the last time we stop there before a flight. $162.00 bill with bad service, a fly in my water, cold food and plastic forks and knives. Save your money for your trip and go to a real resturant. This is a disgrace to SHULAS!

My burger was burnt even though I requested the least cooked option via their online menu. The fries were soggy and seemed microwaved. Oh, they also add an 18% tip to every order automatically.. avoid.

Terrible food. Super slow. The wings were burned. The ravioli was burned and had no cheese in it. The apps took longer than the meal would have. Left after the appetizer and went elsewhere. Also 18% is added regardless of size of party.

Airport restaurants need fast service… that’s a given. It was difficult to order and then took 30 minutes to get a burger, a wrap and wings. The burger and wrap were both overcooked (burnt actually). They actually forgot the wings, despite being an online order and we had to get it to go or miss our flight. One server was polite, the other was unfriendly and a little rude. The sweet potato fries were nice, at least.

Wait time on food was very long. Food was poor quality and poor taste. Fry’s were cold but okay. Very poor communication skills by staff. Ordering system was difficult - no real menus everything was “online.” Ovoid or have drinks only.
