Late flight with a 10 year old, got to the hotel and found out the provider cancelled my room when I purchased it after I was charged. I immediately panicked.Fedna from the front desk kept my calm, got Jasmine, they got me into a room, gave me the paperwork to dispute with my bank and who I purchased through, I mean these girls went above and beyond for me! What a blessing they were! Food was great, room was clean but the customer service was excellent! Id stay here time and time again!

Stayed for 4 nights, 5 days. The first two days were fine.. until the third day when my room was cleaned, one of my cosmetics were stolen from me. When I went down to the front desk I was not accommodated at all nor did anyone seem a lick of concerned. I was told the only way they could investigate the situation is if I filed a police report. I had to laugh at that point. The hotel definitely needs upgrading within the rooms, especially in the bathroom. NOTHING within the room felt clean. The sheets & pillows had a strange smell & the bathroom smelled of mold. The carpet had stains of possibly blood or ketchup? Who knows. Also the parking is crazy it’s usually packed & you have to walk far from the parking lot to the hotel. Mind you you’re paying $25 a day for parking, without tax included yet. Disgusted with my stay honestly. Did not expect this from a Marriott/Sheraton hotel.

5 stars!! Super clean, great staff, extremely comfy beds. Loved watching the planes from our window!!! Great parking garage, just excellent experience! Can't wait to stay again on our return!Edwin!! You're amazing!! 150% awesome customer service!!

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any room. This site will compare countless booking web sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed.Stayed at this hotel overnight before our cruise, conveniently located within distance of both the airport and the cruise terminal. The restaurant for dinner as well as her breakfast had great choices and was reasonly cost. Great pool, Overlooking the golf course. Staff was very friendly the rooms were clean

We were displaced from the airport due to the inefficiency of the airlines. We needed to spend the night so we could fly out the next day. The hotel accommodated us quickly and gave us a pretty good price. What I would like to say is that the young girl that helped us at the front desk was phenomenal. We just got married and she helped calm our nerves from the frustration of the airlines. I don’t remember her name, but she was Venezuelan and has short brown curly hair. She provided us with some appetizer and drink vouchers for the restaurant. It was such a nice gesture and made our night more pleasant. We enjoyed some empanadas and chicken wings at the restaurant before going up to bed so we could make our 8:45 AM flight the next day. The hotel does need some updating, but it did the job for what we needed it for. The bed was pretty comfortable. I would really just like to thank that girl at the front desk again. She was working Monday 4/4/22 around 6:30 PM if that helps identify her.

I stayed here to attend a work event. I requested for a fridge and was told they would send one to my room but I never received it. The room on the 6th floor was dirty, the sink water pressure was weak, the tub drained very slowly, and roaches in my room. It was disgusting! I called the front desk from my room phone and the woman who answered the phone (Marissa?) transferred my call to a manager but no one ever answered. I called back and the phone kept ringing with no answer. I called the 3rd time and the person who answered didn’t say anything and just transferred my call to another extension. Then I called from my cell and the same woman answered who said they will let the supervisor know of the issues. The supervisor (Juan Carlo?) called me back. I requested to move rooms and they put me on the 7th floor. The light in the room did not work but when I called the front desk, it just kept ringing again. The food in the restaurant made my stomach hurt. The overall service was not a Marriott standard that I’m used to. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed one night at the end of a cruise. Pros: It is very close to the train station, has an airport shuttle, and has very efficient capable staff. The bed was OK, the room was clean, and the TV was large. Some updates to the furnishings have been made. Cons: The walls are paper-thin. You hear every crystal clear word from the TV in the next guest room. There was a party in the next room until 1am and nobody cared. The hotel is dated. Updates are window dressing only. From the elevator buttons to the toilet, everything is old. If I had been put in a different room, maybe it would have been OK, but I was kept up all night and only got 3 hours of sleep. Stay somewhere newer and get some sleep instead.

To be honest not the best experience at the hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is not as clean as it should be, the breakfast it’s quit expensive for the “buffet” that they offer. The TV in the room has a very good size, it’s great! They gum is ok, and the service in general is good.

This was a 1 night pre-cruise stay I scored on a cyber sale. The app worked great, I was able to check in/out and use my phone as a key. Hotel shuttle was very convenient. I was able to grab dinner at the hotel bar at about 8pm on a Wednesday. I had transportation booked from MIA to POM so I decided to take the people mover across from the hotel the next morning. I could've used the hotel shuttle but wanted to explore... it was quick and easy. The store in the lobby was convenient for a bagel and coffee. Bottom line this hotel worked great for my needs. Yes a couple carpets could stand to be replaced but the staff are helpful, the amenities are useful, and the property is very convenient for MIA.
