I went in to get a single item and was told that I couldn’t bring my Segway inside. When I asked if it would get stolen if I left it out side I was told yes since this is Miami. Considering the number of people that ride the electric scooters I wouldThink that it would be ok to bring it inside. Also there are no notices on the doors either. Which is a total shame as I do like their coffee. But no more
Worst gas station in Miami. Pumps never work. It’s a waste of time. Better go somewhere else.
Awful experience. They close at 11pm and had everything shut off at 10:45. Ran out of gas. The ladies at this station are the worst, just look at past reviews. I have reported this to shell corporate, hopefully they hold the owner responsible for their employees. Disgrace.
Business hours says 11pm. At 1035pm clerk denied me from using the restroom and told me they were closed. After me asking what time you close and they said 10 45 to be ready by 11. I asked why u closing too early and they sold me the beer and closed the door for other customers. You dont deny a sale and u don't deny restroom to paying customers

Went to have my 5 year old son use the restroom and “Judy” said both men’s and women’s were broken. It’s funny cuz they are always broken. If you are a family looking to buy fuel or anything use another place more family friendly.
I just went there to vacuum my car , the vacuum had NO suction at all so it was not working, and of course NO REFUND , when I complained they just brushed me off saying it’s a separate company running those vacuums . .That’s just rude , can you at least have a sign on it saying it is broken?The price says 1.50 in quarters but it’s actually 1.75 ?This is such an inconvenience, shame on you
I'm walking to purchase a $4 newspaper, and I hand there a $50 bill that she said she won't take it.However I watched a man walk in the door and gave her $100 bill for $35 worth of gas and she was okay with that.So she had the change.It could be that I didn't speak Spanish.
Came all the way from my house to play powerball, i took a picture at 21:40 - 21:50 powrrball says it closes at 10 pm. I was happy that i made it on time to play my number, i walked in and ask ALICIA if i could play my numbers and she said no we are close and made a gesture with her hand. I asked her but why when powerball says you cpuld play until 10 pm and she said not gere maybe somewhere else and laughed about it. This is a good area but is sad to see this kind of service. Stay away from this location as i walked i knew i wasnt welcome. Hope Alicia and this shell location take the time to treat costumers the way it should..
Gas station was normal people were all cordial I'd have no problem going to the gas station again
