I love Shake Shack, but this location disappointed me. First, we ordered the Bacon Cheese Fries, and they literally arrived dismantled. Second, the burger was so greasy it was hard to bite it and eat it. I hope this doesn’t happen often.
This is the first time I’ve tried Shake Shack and I’m flabbergasted at how anyone could eat this burger and give it a positive review. See this picture!! Who would call this burger? No I don’t have giant hands. This is like White Castle burger… only $7.28 and with fires and shake… $21.28. I literally feel like I been scammed ???
My husband and I went there to have lunch and since I've heard so much about shake shack online and YouTube. I wanted to try it out however, I ordered the simple burger with lettuce tomato onions and pickles a simple french fry and my husband ordered the shack Burger and the chili cheese fries. However to my surprise! we spend about $35 to $40 dollar!. When we got the burgers. I was so surprised of the size the meat was!? like the same size of a McDonald's hamburger? me and my husband agreed on that. I got a lemonade.. the lemonade was very strong lemony flavor?it was horrible!. Thank God I ordered a small. I would have thought? for the price that we paid for the burgers. It would have been of a bigger size portion of meat than a single size that look like a McDonald's burgers. I was very unhappy and the seating area inside looked like they only had 12 booth! sitting Tables. We had to wait till somebody finish eating to get to sit inside cuz it was too hot to eat outside and the seats were very uncomfortable. I was not happy at all with the shake shack!??☹️
The night time staff were nice and welcoming regardless of the fact they were 10 minutes till closing. The food came out fast and was amazing. The manager was awsome as well, when I separately ordered a burger and the ticket never printed out and the manager made sure I got my food along with some extra fries for the troubles. Every was so happy and funny, had a great night here in Brickell with them and my friends.
One of my favourite burgers place in town but it has some cons. We ordered a single shack burger and a double shack burger. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the ground beef was juicy. The bread was crunchy and buttery. However, the single shack burger came out a bit small and the portion size was comparable to the kids size of McDonald’s. The wait time at this location was a little long. Overall, the dine in experience was okay.
This was actually my first time ever coming to Shake Shack. We got the Shack Burgers, Cheese Fries, and Cookies & Cream Shake. Everything was delicious! The burgers are super good. We even went back for more Cheese Fries. The staff was very friendly and nice to us even though it was busy. And the Manager comped our second order of Cheese Fries just as a nice thing to do. It really made my day and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you! ?
Every burger craving...this is my spot. The cherry peppers on that burger with the cheese and shack sauce...the cheese fries with bacon haha I might go back describing the food. It's just too good!!!! The service is fast, never a huge line either.

Staff working front register today were great. Very happy with my experience today. Food amazing. Highly recommend!
