Brought my family to this location after going shopping, WOW! What amazing and DELICIOUS MEALS!! Sergios hit the nail on the head as far as grandmas Cuban cuisine!! There was a wait to be seated, but once we did it was a nice family friendly, busy environment! Food came steaming and very fresh! My wife and I got to enjoy a few delicious cocktails and honestly a great time! First time to this location, but I promise it won’t be my last! I hope management sees this review and keeps going in this direction!
Window order. Very friendly staff. Great coffee and pastries along with a great vibe to go into the weekend. Very active management, I believe the gentleman was the manager as he was everywhere all at once and aiding his stuff. Refreshing to see managements involvement with his team. Overall, terrific. Service was excellent. Food very ordinary. Supposedly Cuban rice. Exactly the same as Nasi goreng in the far east.
HORRIBLE!!! I have come here for years and after today I will NOT be coming back! The server practically threw our dishes at us…. The Croquetas were frozen on the inside!! My omelette was burnt! They never brought my side orders or toast and when I asked to speak to manager… “the busboy served you and he didn't know how to serve”…. QUE TRISTEZA! Never Again!
Visited this location and had a great experience as always. My favorite is Sergio's salad with choice of steak. It is always good, but today the steak didn't seem that fresh. The staff is very nice and professional.

Absolutely Authentic! Loved it! Service was swift and impeccable! The guava mimosa was delightful! I certainly enjoyed my eggs Benedict served with smoked salmon, sautéed spinach and freshly shaved Parmigiano! My cafecito gets a 10!
Good food. On my last visit, the chickpeas stew was given ice-cold asked the waiter to verify if this dish was supposed to serve this way? I never received a response, asked the manager, and did not acknowledge the mistake. I will decide on my next visit.
Service is usually quick and friendly. Good quality options. Been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Portions are good and can even be shared. A few outdoor seating options which is good when the weather is nice. They have the usual window for a quick pick up and even some healthier options on the menu.
They have a fair breakfast at a good price. We saw four or five tables of customers that seemed to be enjoying the food and the simple restaurant atmosphere. We enjoyed it too We had great service. Very impressed with the robot fresh food delivery system. Watch the video.
