Just want to give a shout out to this restaurant and the staff, especially at the front window. They were amazing, very nice and attentive. The food was prepared ? and also now they offer oat milk alternative option ??.Would have taken a better picture ? before devouring the food. Thank you also for providing healthy choices!
I am a local here and have been eating at this location for several years now and the service has always been good....until now. Tonight, my friends and I had the pleasure of meeting Cecilia , who was the most professional and friendliest employee we have ever experienced. Cecilia's service made which is currently 3 star food service and awesome 5. Cecilia is a true asset to this location . The quality of taste at Sergio's is definitely an opportunity that needs attention. From a 5 to 3, is a significant change.
As soon as I arrived to the restaurant with my service animal, one of the waitresses was looking at me in a bad way. I decided to ignore her as maybe I was just overreacting. Not even 5 minutes passed, and the manager approached us in a rude manner to kick me out of the restaurant because of my dog (service animal). My husband expressed that my dog was a service animal and that under the Florida ADA Law it was illegal for him to deny us the entrance to the restaurant to which the manager replied that “no type of dog were allowed in the restaurant even if it’s a service animal”. We were so in shock since this is the first time this has happened and we told him that, and the only thing he could say (almost like threatening us) was “it’s going to happen more often to you”. According to the manager, there was a sign outside the restaurant that prohibited any dog. Well, WRONG. When we went outside to show him the sign, it clearly stated that service animals are welcome and that the ADA Law protect us. How is it possible that a “manager” doesn’t even know the rules of his own restaurant. Please note that the manager never asked if my dog was a service animal, or if maybe we could sit outside (in which I wouldn’t had any problem at all).
This location is probably one of my favorites. I order from here all the time and I am never disappointed. Besides all the wonderful Cuban food, they have something called the pesto pizza. It's an appetizer but makes for a great cheat meal! Their croquetas with a little bit of lime is so tasty!! The service at the restaurant is always exceptional and I plan to provide my business here in the future.
This is the best Sergio’s by far and I have been to all of them. The food is amazing and atmosphere is wonderful. It is very clean and they cater to all special requests. The bartender, Luis, is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about wines. Jose Luis, one of the managers, is always checking with patrons to determine if the service is excellent and is very catering to patrons of the restaurant. Felix also takes care of my s lot at the bar when Luis is not working and he is very professional also and caters to whatever you need.
Great food and excellent service. Our waitress, Cecilia, ensured we were well taken care of the whole night. Would definitely come back for a nice night out with family and friends.

The delicious food never fails. It always hits the spot. Mr. Felix was truly a pleasure to have as our server. He was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied with our food request and through our dining experience. We cannot wait to come back.
Cecilia was an amazing hostess/server. She was truly wonderful, charismatic and friendly. She made our dining experience unforgettable. In addition, the food was outstanding to say the least. Cannot wait to visit again!
Cecilia was a great waitress. So sweet and helpful. Any husband and I had sandwiches and they came out delicious and in a timely manner.
