Delicious food but horrible customer service. There should be someone in charge to train the staff. My order was given to me cold. When I asked them to heat up my breakfast sandwich, they looked at me like I'm causing trouble. Then they forgot to ring up our second order. When we told the cashier, she blamed the kitchen. She started speaking Spanish, said she doesn't speak English. Really?! Then why are you at the register?! Get rid of your attitude. Paying customers = your paycheck. Not recommending this place.

I for one welcome our new pastry overlords.Rosetta Bakery has it all: a nice assortment of pastries, beverages, and even hot meals, a friendly ambience, and an attentive staff. The food is dangerously good, and it's tempting to spend away your evening at the outside tables, sipping a coffee and munching on a croissant or three.Nice place, really like it.

Food is good, but service is horrible and incredibly expensive. We made a long line to get to the counter and we were ready to order based on the menu, but they told us they only had what we saw on top of the table. We were not sure what to order because we didn’t know what the sandwiches had inside. The lady got annoyed was not helpful at all. We felt rushed to order the first thing we saw and they charged us double. The sandwiches were cold, althought we asked for them to be hot. They also couldn’t give us our money back after they double-charged us, so we had to choose something else from the counter.

I was there for 2.5 hours and the sandwiches on display (that they sell for people to eat) stayed there longer than me! I asked the manager and she says they change them every hour but I could clearly see the ham sandwich that had pink ham when I entered had gray ham when I left. Wouldn't be such a big deal if the case wasn't open-air and I hadn't just seen the cashier swatting flies off the food the entire time I was in line. Is fly larvae an italian delicacy?

Nice experience for a bakery, the atmosphere is really calm and you can have your coffee and read book in calm. The pizza were okey and the staff was very patient with me explaining what ingredients had every pizza. I will go back to try the tiramisu and had another coffee.

Let me start with I normally don’t do any bad reviews because I’m in the service industry and I understand how it is. I’ve been coming to this Rosetta for over a year and I love it but the past two visit they have a new staff that is poorly trained and managed. Customer service? Nothing. The staff attends to the guest like they are doing them a favor. And when you ask them for something out of the ordinary they roll up their eyes and get mad. Only doing these in the chances of owner or management to train and fix the issues

Love this bakery in Miami. Delicious Italian pastries and croissants. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack. Good coffee and friendly staff. Prices are outrageously high but it doesn’t seem to bother anyone.

I am vacationing nearby and my pregnant wife found this awesome bakery. She has craved it 3 out of the 4 days we have been here. The staff is friendly, observant and accommodating. 5 stars. Highly recommended from a tourist from the Philadelphia area.

My fiance and I have been at the Rosetta bakery few times..and we certainly will not be back again....The pros:-Food is very good-Location is good (if you have a bike or walk. Finding parking might be challenging and costly around the area)The cons:-A coffee and a croissant $13? Prices are outrageous.-Coffee is not that great-And perhaps the worst of all, customer service doesnt exist. It feels like YOU, the paying $13 for a coffee and a croissant customer are a nuisance to them. The attitude is just rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Of course the food is always yummy. The only downside is the seating area. The bakery should add a bit more privacy so that people can have a good time instead of everyone being able to stare at each other.
