Employee was extremely rude when my mother who is elderly and picky asked if she can taste an ice cream to see if she liked it the employee told her if you try it you have to pay if she would have been a little more nice about it I would understand but her tone was extremely rude I am a manager at a restaurant and I would never talk to my guests like that I told my mom we will get her ice cream elsewhere and she said fine bye as if we are not important with employees like that I wonder if your sales are not where they should be
The ice cream is so delicious and is perfect the service there is amazing the employees were super nice to my child and even gave him a free chocolate. The place is super clean even though they usually have big crowds. My daughter tried the pizza and my husband tried the sandwich and they both equally as amazing as the ice cream. I recommend this to any family that is in miami. The food is a must have
The most expensive breakfast in Miami, two breads with two shakes 61 dollars, the delay is enormous, we placed the order at 10:50 and they served us at 11:20, very bad service
I recommend that place for the family .nice place ,they have variety of food,we tried the pizza and the panini was delicious. My kids tried the rolled ice cream ,everyday now they asking me to go there !

I tried them and I loved them, I don’t know if they have more locations in Miami but this one at Bayside Marketplace was perfect for me.The ice cream made at your very own sight was a really cool experience.
Waitress didn’t know the own menu. They ran out of half the menu (no salads at all, no coffee, talk about „sides“ but offer chips solely) Sodas were very expensive (can = $5). Loud surrounding area. And very confusing self-service..
Very rude and unwelcoming service, even though I was with a 3 year old. When I spoke to the manager, I think she said “china loco.” I am not a native Spanish speaker but I think it was racially motivated. Please think twice before supporting this business.
Worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. First of all, the food from the Bistro was DISGUSTING. They make you pay for the food before you get it, which means if I want a refund I’d have to wait days to get my money back. I don’t know how this place is in business. The worker was so disrespectful to me when I made my complaint!!!!!!! She kept telling me to “calm down,” and “stop being rude” because I told her that if an item on the menu is unavailable, the customer should know that BEFORE they place their order. I made an order for a bagel with cream cheese and was told that it wasn’t available after I had already paid and waited outside. 0/10 experience. I would give them zero stars if possible.
