This is the worst bakery I have ever been to. I ordered a cake for my boyfriends 25th birthday with the most iconic spongebob episode “do you know what’s funnier then 24, 25”. I had sent these picture of this design to the baker in charge at the time and he said he could do it. Of course I did not think otherwise because from the reviews on here shows they can do complicated designs. So why is it that when I came to pick it up today that the order didn’t even look close to what I had ordered. I would’ve understood if someone had tried to reach me at some point to say that they had lost the image I had PERSONALLY sent to the baker but I had not received any call. They put no effort into this cake, they even made the fondant of spongebob not facing the side with my boyfriends name on it. Also the cake was supposed to be chocolate with dulce de leche moose filling, but the filling was the incorrect flavor. Over all this is the worst place to go and I will never come back and I recommend people to go somewhere else. (And I placed this order 3weeks ago)
5 customers waiting 1 person attending customers 2 eating lunch while watching the customers wait and 1 other employee complaining about being tired lol. I left after 10 min

Ricky Bakery has really good pastries. I also tried the mini Cubano sandwich. It tasted really good. The box of pastries was gone in a second when I met family. Keep up the great job
I JUST WENT TO BUY 2 CUBAN BREAD. BREAD WAS AWESOME BUY HAD TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR . ONLY TWO PERSON UP FRONT. AND THEY WERE FAST .PROBLRM IS THAT THERE IS NO COMMON SENSE. THEY WERE ATTENDING DELIVERY FIRST FOR UBER AND THE LINE WAS INCREASING. EVERY BODY WERE COMPLAINING FOR EXTREEMLY WAITING TIME. BREAD WERE GOOD BUT DOESN'T WORTH FOR WAITING TIME.
This bakery is a complete disaster!! They get everything wrong and everything is done upset. Don’t even think about ordering through Uber eats. Everything comes cold and wrong. Let’s not talk about the customer service in person. Those women are the most unfriendly women I have ever seen.
I ask for a Cuban toast and they send a Cuban bread, coffee was cold. It looks like the do not pay attention to their delivery orders via Uber eats. We pay more for delivery and get the worst service. Get it together people.
I won't ever know if their food is any good. My mom just wanted two pastelitos while she waits at her doctors office. Which came out to $2.00 they wouldn't allow me to buy them for her because there's a five dollar minimum purchase with debit card to the owners/managers no one CARRIES CASH in 2021n you weren't going to make me buy more stuff than I wanted
Here is my experience in the bakery:Cheese croquettes, ham and cheese empanadas are good but the cafecito is over priced yet my thing is the service.Last time I went there was only two people on service and two costumers (me included). I saw what I considered to be the height of lack of costumer service and it pushed me towards taking the decision of no longer giving them business.The elderly sir next to me was having a small treat on the counter and a small piece fell on the floor. I understand that one of the two ladies working there had just cleaned it but the piece was small and it will be cleaned immediately; even if it has been a full blown cake breaking into a still wet floor the answer should have been one of kindness, understanding and professionalism.It wasn't the case.This elderly sir ( I'm stating the age for you to understand that maybe the answer back would have been different towards someone with a larger capacity to fence for themselves quicker) apologized and told the lady behind the counter (Lady 1) " I dropped something I'm sorry". She called the one who had just cleaned the floor (lady 2).Lady 2 answer with a passive aggressive sarcastic attitude : "look how pretty you eat sir! The floor is freshly cleaned.The sir, embarrassed, and moving with the harshness of age tried to retrieve the pieces he could while Lady 2 ( a red-haired lady with thick drawn on eyebrows) just stood there in passive aggressive energy.The sir went to the bathroom to clean his hands and came back to tell them that something was broken because water splashed. Again lady 2 with the attitude "oh it shouldn't have happened" to the sir who proceed to answer "it did, just letting you know". He left.This is what should have happened:Piece of food fell to the clean floorThe sir: "I'm sorry this happened"People Working in the bakery: "Don't worry sir we will take care of it have a nice day!"THE END.But it didn't and is not the first time I go to this coffe shop and witness subpar service yet this was my last straw. The store was empty, it was almost the end of the shift, there was no visivel uber order to stress them yet this was how the employees behaved? I don't want to be there on rush hour... who knows maybe more people would have given a stop to the bad attitude ? ?Hope this help y'all who wondered about the place.
Ordered a Cuban sandwich without mayo and for some reason they also omitted the mustard and pickles. Ridiculous.
