Just called to place an order for pick up like I've been doing for years and the lady who answered the phone was super rude and told me she couldn't take my order because she was super full and couldn't take my order and topped it off with a slam of the phone. Not the first time this happens.
My husband and I stopped I to look at the pastries the lady was very rude. When I asked her what one was called she just told me that its the same as the one on the top. I ended up just getting an empanada de pollo and she was also rude to my husband assuming that he didn't speak spanish. I will not return due to her rudeness.
Terrible service again! I ordered this morning, brought two sandwiches this morning for delivery it was horrible everything was brown and nasty sandwich was not cooked well. Items was missing items just horrible very unpleased and very disappointed. Called restaurant to get order corrected never answered the phone and kept hanging up call which is very unprofessional.!
The quality of the products has gone down, nothing is fresh, and lets not talk about the costumer service. -5 stars
It says they close at 8 but is 6 30 and it was closed. An employee was inside and signaled me they were closed. Great business model!
I got there at 2.18 pm today and got a lousy experience for the first time in many years coming to this place. Cortadito was too cold and dark. Mini Cuban sandwich Was cold. It seems like person working there was new. Needs training!!
Terrible service again! Stopped in this morning to buy some pastelitos. I was the only customer in the store. 2 employees at the counter, one seemed to be the mod, another gentleman was mopping the floor. While waiting to be helped another employee walked in said hello and then acknowledged me. After placing my order she walked over to the other employees and reacted to something said to her. I stood there while the 3 disputed back and forth. Sadly the only employee that actually was willing to help me quit and walked out of the store. The other 2 kept talking back and forth not caring that there was a customer still waiting. The management is terrible. Employee issues shouldn't be done in front of customers. And forget the customer service. Definitely will tell my friends and customers to go to another bakery that I'm sure have much more competent employees.
Place and order on Uber some of the order was missing when I call they said I was laying because the lady who did my order was very good in filling order

Just came here thinking the tiramisu was going to be good totally bad i guess thats wy there looking for pasteleros or bakers taste old and a a bit to hard would not recomend this place bad bad .
