I finish ordering from this restaurant for breakfast. I ended up not getting my breakfast only the cuban toast. These people are ridiculous. Never again will I order from this place. I have ordered prior and they always forget something or add ingredients when I specify on the order not too.
I went in to order pastries and an orange juice and they gave me Sunny-D. Not kidding I felt like I was being disrespected. What they should have done was tell me they didn't have any juice before I paid for it. What kind of bakery does something like that? On top of that their guava pastry was mega soggy it felt like I was biting into a ball of Mozzarella and not flaky at all. They also had 6 people working there and only one was helping customers while the other 5 were just standing around talking nonsense for lack of better words. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this is a joke. For a bakery that has been in business for so long they really disappointed never coming back here again.

I don’t know what’s going on in the store. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I always order for my parties and today I picked up moldy bocaditos. This is extremely unacceptable and disgusting. I will not be returning or giving this restaurant my money.

We come to Ricky’s regularly for it’s proximity, and we can look past the inconsistency of getting a real tostada one day and actual bread and butter on another.. but MOLD?!? How can one actually see, cut and put a MOLDY strawberry on a fruit tart?! Unless this is from last week and wasn’t freshly made in the first place, which regardless should not happen! This is disgusting and disappointing, check your food before biting or you could end up eating mold!
Very clean. Lighting could improve I feel there is not enough light in the store. Pastry and all they all look delicious. I try some and it's good
I left feeling sad - place was filled with flies, all tables dirty, the 3 ladys tried being kind but floundered at that. Food is ok quality at best.
I found the bakery to be friendly and service was great. Would revisit again.
Good coffee and pastries.
