Terrible costumer service. Online order, the people had no clue what the order was when arrived to pick it up, so they made up an order and gave it to me, but i checked, completely wrong order, they made up an order and gave it to me, when i question the manager he said they never got a ticket. So they just gave me whatever to send me out. 20 min for a refund. Manager only speaks english, employees only speak Spanish, how do they communicate?

Hummus avocado wrap DEFINITELY not worth 14.00. VERY little hummus, no dressing and two SUPER bite size pieces of Avocado.Never again. Lettuce was also brown.

Very courteous staff and delightfully fresh and delicious wraps and smoothies. Lucky to have found this healthy and excellent small restaurant while visiting South Dade and the Redlands.

Absolutely horrible service, waited 10 minutes with an empty establishment with 3 employees behind the counter gossiping. For my surprise, to receive this small açaí smoothie cup that almost cost $11.00 dollars… I asked the employee “Excuse me miss, is this the correct size for what I paid for?” In which she replied “Yes, it’s our only size”… For that prize, you can get definitely get a Large anywhere else and much better product… A rip off to say the least.

I come here regularly to eat the PB crunch twist açaí bowl and it never disappoints. It’s delicious and the presentation is nice.

Horrible service. Food came out incorrectly. Thank goodness I checked before leaving. They remade my wrap without onions but as for the smoothie which was utterly and completely incorrect. Was spicy from ginger that comes in another green smoothie r their offer. I ordered the kale which is supposed to be sweet. They ignored me when I brought it to their attention and then argued with me and insisted it was the right one. They finally admitted they could be wrong and said they couldn’t refund me. I wasn’t asking for a refund just the correct smoothie! They then said they couldn’t remake it because they needed manager approval and they weren’t answering their phone. At this point I was getting really upset. They remade it as if they were doing me a huge favor. Honestly I tried it and it was correct but didn’t drink it because I didn’t have an appetite anymore and I couldn’t trust the drink now. Talk about attitude and laziness on their part. I am still upset I spent almost $40 and they didn’t give me a receipt either.

Amazing customer service. Such a friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Their food is healthy and all organic. Tastes well. Highly recommend.

It’s a small place very nicely decorated. I love how everything is set up. My favorite thing to order is the ginger mint smoothie. It’s delicious and very healthy. The food is ok. It’s healthy but I don’t know it’s not my go to place to get food. From everything I have tried, the porta bella mushroom wrap is my favorite. It can improve. I think they should change the options in the menu. Other than that the staff is always very nice and on top of their orders.

The gritty owner of this place keeps the tips of the employees when the customer leaves them in the payment of the credit card. Its a crime because this are kids who might be saving money for their college. I’m going to report you to the U.S. department of labor and contact the state labor agency. You are a thief shame you.

The place is small but is always clean and they have a great customer service,the food is not the greatest but it looks fresh,also...we appreciate that this kind of small business contribute expanding the idea of treat our body with respect in the healthiest way.We must add to the comment that one of the products used in an acai bowl that we ordered almost sent my wife to the hospital with a severe allergic reaction,lol.We're still figuring out the agresor ingredient.This is not your fault guys,things happen...just wanted to pointed this issue in order to improve how the items are advertised to avoid allergies issues with the clients.Hope the administration consider our feedback in a positive.We hope you guys all the best and will definitely comeback in the near future.
