For a haitian restaurant they had pretty much everything on their menu that we ordered, which is rare for our haitian restaurants. I'm haitian, so I'm going to be a bit harsh but reasonably so, so buckle up!I didn't like how they were charging for the snapper. They can't give me a straight answer for how they determine what size fish is considered $30 vs the up to the $55 fish so that was a deal breaker for me. Our haitian restaurants need to have standards for how they price their fish and know what size range gets a lower price vs middle price vs higher price range.Another note, we need to work on bettering customer service and actually pay attention to in coming customers and not just ignoring them until it's convenient to pay attention, or, at least communicate that you acknowledge me as a customer and that you'll be right with me in a moment and actually come back to me.One of the guys did finally acknowledge us (my brother and me) and he did his best to explain the menu and all that was included so that, I greatly appreciated, but I didn't like the avoidance giving the standard size per price range for fish or for other ingredients I asked about, so I could make a decision on what I would be willing to spend on. because of that, plus the time they said it would take to prep the fish which was over 30 minutes, I was disinterested and just bought the basic foods I already know Haitians can prepare faster and are more common to eat.The embiance of the restaurant has improved, they renovated some things so it looked nicer but could work on some finesse still. I didn't like the table blocking the entrance to the restaurant. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I liked it better when the 1st door leading to the bar was opened for taking orders because it felt more welcoming that way and easier to get attention. The food was good, the boulettes (meatballs ) were regular, not bad but not that exciting either. The piklis was too vinegary too much vinegar so I didn't like it much. The djondjon rice (mushroom rice) really good, zepina ( spinach) !And macaroni was ok but not as exciting as I'm used to haitian style macaroni to be. The salmon was ok, a little overcooked ( I would suggest grilling it for a short time so it's crispy outside and juicy inside then pour the sauce on top rather than steam it, or steam it for very little so its not dry on the inside because salmon doesn't take too long to cook when done right) .What else, at the end, they were nice but I just felt the beginning intro could have been better in terms of acknowledgement.I know this was a lot of info but I truly believe in the potential of the restaurant and being that haitian restaurants don't get a good reputation in service, these are some pointers that can be worked on to attract more attention and be busier and more prosperous.

Ok I had forgotten to leave a review from last time me and my family was at Randy's restaurant we had to best of time I'm thinking of going back I actually thought the waitress was the owner of the place because u only get treated this way by the owner those waitresses in haitian restaurant doesn't know a thing or 2 about customer service but this young lady miss Eliana she's the best from being patient and the smile on her face and everything she's amazing I hope her boss knows how hard she's working I'm not haitian but I love me some good haitian rice dirigongon she wasn't the one greeted us the door but they sent her to us she make it look so easy I know it's not as easy being a waitress and she's a bartender to she does everything in that restaurant but the best of all u always get to see her smiling thank u Eliana will see u soon

Only one criticism. The pikles isn't spicy. But the food is good. Thank you

Entertaining and pleasant energy upon entering this well known community fixture. Mr. Lee's representatives from the door was professional ,warm and polite. Samantha's sweet attitude made placing my order very effective and simple. She is great at hosting and making clients feel welcomed. Steve at the bar was kind and helpful. The establishment holds various functions and has plenty of potential. Great parking and an awesome location. The food was delicious and very classicly prepared. Many thanks peace and Prosperity going forward.

Worst food ever. I order legume and white rice/beans sauce aka souse pwa. It was not good at all. This is my first time ordering from them. The good reviews lead me to this place. Now I realize they were giving false advertisement. The price are outrageous. If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!

I hope everyone reads this. I love Haitian food and Randy's was number one on my list. My favorite was the whole fish fried platter. Not anymore, I got charged $50 for 4 plaintains and this fish. This is robbery and absurd please stay away. Price gouging at its finest.

Our server was not only on point but nicely upscaling. She represented the company well with great and friendly customer service

This restaurant used to be my favorite Haitian restaurant in Miami but since Pandemic I would have to change my review. I ordered whole fish on the Uber Eats app for pick up. The order was accepted and said it would be ready by the time I made my 30 minute drive to go pick it up. App said it was ready, but When I get here the hostess said it wasn't made because the price should have been $5 more. I am not the one that make up prices on the app. As the establishment, you make and post the prices you choose. How are you going to pick and choose to make someone food because YOU didn't like the price you posted. As the customer, I should not have to pay any difference in what you advertise. The hostess said she would handle it. I waited 15 minutes and a man come front the back still complaining about the price. The food still not made. Hostess was nice to talk to the man and convince chef to make my food which I had to stay waiting in the front for an additional 30 minutes for them to make it. All of which I feel is absolutely ridiculous. You posted the price, I'm sorry you have to honor it. And for me to have to spend over an hour between driving and waiting on this food is not good customer service. Which is a shame because the food is so good here. I got here at 2:05 to pick up this food. I am leaving the restaurant at 3:15. I am never coming here again.
