Idk what these 1 star reviews are getting at, maybe they went on a bad day or something… but my experience was great ??First thing you must know is that Punjab (North Indian) food is a bit different from what many would consider typical Southern Indian cuisine. All the famous dishes are represented but appear to have slight variations in flavor and presentation. We tried the fried fish, veggies, shrimp vindaloo, and chili paneer. Each was delicious! The cheese that they use for their dishes is masterfully handled to achieve rich and dynamics textures— all made fresh, in-house!The owner and chef was friendly and informative. Will be returning for sure!
We visited Punjab cafe last week and food was amazing. Authentic punjabi food. Owner who is also a chef was so accommodating and treated us well with sweets made by him. Food was fresh and very tasty. We ordered mostly veg food and bread naans.Must visit place if you are fan of authentic Indian food.
I feel bad writing a bad review but it really wasn’t good, if you KNOW INDIAN FOOD, this does NOT taste good. The owner was super nice so I didn’t say anything but omg place isn’t too good looking, my glass of water came with someone else’s lipstick stain, I ordered chicken tikka masala and my husband ordered butter chicken, surprisingly the butter chicken was more red in color than the chicken tikka? Which if you know the difference between the two dishes… you’ll know why I’m saying this. His sauce was at least more sauce like mine on the either hand WATERY, how can chicken tikka masala be watery? Also it had huge chunks on onions inside? I’ve never had a chicken tikka masala like that, but the worst part is, you can tell they didn’t marinate the chicken fresh abs UNFROZEN. The chicken came in perfectly cut cubes like when you cut frozen chicken breasts! Also because they use frozen chicken is was tasteless, hard and rubbery!! It’s a no from me, sorry but if they’re Indian they should serve proper Indian food.
Good portions and affordable prices. The lamb and chicken with coconuts were excelent.
Found this place online after leaving Costco and wanting some Indian food. Very Happily surprised of the taste and quality of the food. Pricing is very fair. Definitely planning to return.
Absolutely the worst Indian foodI hate to write bad reviews but this one I cant let go. I gave two stars b'cos the roti and the nan were not bad. I hope the owner reads this and improves the quality of his food.Palak Paneer - just way too much cream.Dhal Makhani -too much creamChicken Chittinad: chicken was like rubber and the gravy was not tasty at all.Gajjar Halwa: It was just boiled carrots and milk.
I ordered from UberEats. I ordered the chicken vindaloo, butter chicken, chili garlic naan, butter naan, aloo naan, and the gulab jamun. Nothing had flavor, the breads were stiff and tasteless, vindaloo had too much oil and did not even taste like a vindaloo was supposed to. Go to another place if you don’t want to get sick, there are many better options in Miami.
If anyone reading this, then never come here. It’s no where close to Indian food. If this food was served in India then I bet even cattle won’t eat this. The most disgusting Indian food place I have ever been in US,
Pls don’t go here… Trust me… We called them and they said the wait time for food was 20-30 min. Guess what?!? 30 minute ORDER TIME, they didn’t take our order for 30 MINUTES!! Then after taking our order they took 1 HOUR, to deliver just a tiny bowl of soup and then much later a very little quantity of manchurrian. We are still waiting, and hope we can get our entire order within the next 1 hour!
It seems this place serves Indian food for non-Indian tastebuds. I had better Indian food in South Korea!! It was late night, I was tired and hungry, and hence I could eat the food. Else I would have just driven to nearby Wendy's or IHOP. Worst Indian food ever!! Not worth a single penny...
