We came into town on a short vacation and looking for restaurants for breakfast, then found this one on google. We were trying to avoid anything bad as the area we were staying in seemed iffy, but we were so glad to pick this place! The ambience was super comfortable, dim lighting, greenery, and just nice. The food was even better, the steak was perfect, the hollandaise sauce was incredible and my favorite and the coffee was top notch. We’ll come here again when we visit

The first thig that I want to say is the outside does not do this place justice. The resturant is connected to the candlewood suites hotel, and is truly a hidden gem. Prime36 serves breakfast lunch and dinner. For this review I will be rating a couple of dinner options.The atmosphere was lovely, with relaxing minimalist decor. Miguel, the GM brings his hospitality all the way from Spain and is the kind of hospitality that makes you feel at home. His demeanor and management style is that of someone who is experienced and loves what he does.Now for the food, the family and I had a variety of items and there not one thing that was not good. Chef Fernando puts a symphony of flavors together to make a simple yet delicious menu. What I like most is that this this place is not trying to be something that it is not and had a small menu which (in my experience) the food typically turns out good.I started off with the sancocho soup and it was delish. The beef was tender and melted in your mouth. The broth was flavorful and the veggies gave the soup a wonderful aroma. The house and steak salad was crisp and airy while the steak was perfectly cooked, tender but had a nice chew. Now one of my favorite items were the house made empanadas. Unfortunately I was unable to try the chicken and beef, but was fortunate enough to have the spinich and ham & cheese. The spinich was nice and puffy a d had a hint of nutmeg which surprising and delicious. The ham & cheese was warm and gooey with a nice flaky crust. Now I did not get to try the lasagna but it's homemade and my kid ate it all and that kid is picky and only eats my Italian father-in-law's pasta and shells, so it had to be good.In the end, Prime35 needs to be on your must try list. I am sure you won't be disappointed, but that is just my opinion. So go and try them and form your own opinion.
This was the best food I‘ve eaten in a while! The service was very, very, very friendly and kind. I tried the house salad, this was the best decision! The garlic bread was also fantastic and the Key Lime Pie was overwhelming good. I absolutely recommend everything of it. The prices are very fair. Thank you for everything! You guys are great ♥️
We had breakfast here when staying at the Candlewood Suites next door. Warm friendly service, good food, just what we were looking for!
A great priced restaurant right on the hotel.We order a grilled salmon with a Cesar salad and a steak. Both meats were cooked to perfection and excellent flavor. The complimentary garlic bread is delicious!Our server Tuta was very friendly and she has a great personality to make sure everything is up to order. It’s my second time here and look forward to eating again whenever I stay at the Candlewood suites or visiting the Miami area.
We are from England and have been stopping at the Candlewood Suites Hotel which is next to the restaurant for a 2 night stay.We have eaten there twice and I must say the food is terrific and the service exceptional .The owner and her staff are incredibly attentive, polite and friendly.The portions of food are larger than we receive in England so you need to be hungry when you eat there!!! I would highly recommend this excellent restaurant.
This is the one place I can find authentic Gnocchi within 4 counties I travel between on a weekly basis. It Is light and airy. The perfect sauce to compliment the dish. The atmosphere as well is very peaceful and relaxing in a city that is so busy with a go go go lifestyle, this is the perfect place to catch a breath of fresh air.
Good location where just next to my hotel. Good services and good quality good. I love the margarita. Chicken wing with BBQ source is great too. BTW, the bread with butter, vinegar and olive oil is amazing, try this match and you will love it.
My family and I had dinner here. It's right next to our hotel. And the food was fantastic, the food was fresh and we all tried something different and we're very happy with our choices. The drinks are good too, I had a margarita. The service was awesome and super polite and knowledgeable about their food. Cute decorations and there was a cat/dog channel on the TV which was super cute to have. Definitely going back when I can!
