I do enjoy Popeyes fried chicken, but the customer service was lacking ( maybe they were short staffed n overwhelmed)
I came here to pick up an Uber eats order which I received a message on the app saying it was ready. I waited at the online order section and the Jamaican women who was the cashier overlooked me and took orders from two people who walked in after me. Before she got to the third person, I said hey I'm here for Uber eats pick up and she gave me a big attitude for no reason. She said I should have said something which I did. A man came in after that whole situation and said hey I'm here to pick up my Uber eats order and she gave it to him right away. This cashier literally kept helping everybody else while my order was already prepared. She did this on purpose! Then the woman gave my apple pie away to one of the customers who came in after me which caused me to wait 10 more minutes. It took me approximately 25 minutes to get my food from this woman who was literally wasting my time and my money since the food was cold when I finally got to eat it. And on top of that she was laughing when I took the food to her other co-worker like it's funny to waste people's time and money. Was not a pleasant experience at all! And honestly that Jamaican woman should be retrained! She does not know anything about giving customers good service.
Horrible customer service staff and management is beyond rude! I had a situation happen and instead of there manager SANDRA do her job she decided she is going to be rude as well as argue with me in front of other customers as if im not a customer myself! She also didnt try to help solve the problem instead brushed me off and kept addressing her staff to talk to me and ask me questions like Im not standing there talking to her! Then when I asked for her name she rudely started talking under her breath and wouldnt give me her name until one of the employees yelled it out! Everytime u come to this location its always bad customer service they need to learn to better talk to people!
Check your chicken before u leave. I order a 14 piece special yesterday 4/27/22. Could not get a decent picture out the box. Chicken fried to hard, could break your teeth and chicken looked as if, it was cooked early part of the week and refried.Please treat your people right! Don't give us what you wouldn't give others.
The most tasty chicken sandwich ever? It does not get better than this. Is my favorite of all times. You have to give it a try? You won’t regret it
Been going to this Popeye's location for yrs & Don't discourage about the line inside or thru the the drive thru. Service is Friendly/ Fast. The food is always fresh & hot.

There was a line but I didn't have to wait that long. Biscuit was very fresh and the chicken was hot.
Excellent Popeyes location. Not all Popeyes are created equal this one had great people working the window and the chicken came out fresh and hot and the biscuits were freshly made.
