Chicken sandwich was excellent as always. The gentleman working the drive thru was particularly kind and hard-working, but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.
I don't know what it is about Popeyes but no matter which one you go to you get the complete combo of food and attitude. If you love a smart aleck attitude on the side of your dish then this is the place to go.. food is good.. service.. hah! Nu-uhh..
Love that chicken from Popeyes. Never disappointed chicken, biscuits, rice and beans, keep it up.
Although the drive-thru wait can be a 15-25 minute wait in the evenings, in all fairness to Popeyes, after attempting to visit other fast food restaurants, this appears to be an average wait time. There did appear to be improvement since the last visit. The drive thru moved a little faster, the order was correct and the staff was pleasant.
Good customer service. My husband got his food less then 30 minutes. Which made him happy.
I don’t know if everyone has been overworked and haven’t gotten enough rest or what but, the service was terrible.1) We got the wrong order and was charged for it. (Thankfully we got a refund and 2 free drinks)2) Witnessed several customers come back to complain their order was wrong (one guest didn’t even receive any chicken with his order)3) Took 40 MINUTES to receive our order. Ridiculous.
I was curious to try Popeye's as I had never visited any of their locations. And I was gladly surprised by the very welcoming employees... Even at the drive thru. What a change compared to so many other places in this category!!!!. Big congrats to the team. The location was looking clean, the team was apparently working in a very well organized way, no stress. No excessive waiting time.And my food tasted just very good.Bearing in mind it's a fast food restaurant....I recommend this restaurant.
I went here for lunch. I am starting my to get the nuggets are instead of the strips. The strips come in spicy or mild. The nuggets are only in mild. I ordered 2 spicy drumsticks to substitute. I usually get the Mardi Gras sauce pictured. This location is considerably faster and has better service then other Popeyes in Dade County. I do recommend
Not the worst Popeyes I've ever visited. Food was good, service adequate. Tired old restaurant building though.
