the cheese used for spaghetti and other dishes is way too thick and hard to distribute across your meal. garlic bread is doughy and soft with lots or grease and garlic, also comes cold so must be heated up if getting take out. it is all around just a mediocre restaurant.

Pizza reminded me of NYC public school cafeteria.. smiles...Like some say; "Did that and got the memory".. No need to repeat.

Horrible customer service. I was there to celebrate Easter with my family that was already there sitting eating appetizers. When I sat down with my service dog I was asked to leave if I didn’t show them proof that my dog was a service dog. Florida Laws on Service Dog and Emotional Support Animals states that “An establishment can’t require you to provide documentation that your animal is trained.” And it ask about your disability it can only ASK if your animal is a service animal. This was horrible my daughter and I had to miss family Easter lunch with my elderly mother because this restaurant doesn’t know the law, and when I was explaining it the manager told me that I had to leave because the owner doesn’t want animals in his restaurant.

I come here a lot because it is that good. They have the best Cuban style pizza. It’s delicious!!! This is a very popular restaurant so it can get very busy so be patient but the servers are very friendly. Highly recommend eating here. Love it!!

Wow 1st time here I was amazed by how delicious the pizza was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a full Cuban menu not just pizza.

This review goes to their delivery service. When you go into their webpage it says that delivery takes form 30 to 40 minutes, then you make the order and they give a time rage from 40 to 50 minutes. But the food gets to your house 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Of course the food it’s cold and soggy. They really need to work on that, or stop offering deliveries.

The Service and the food are GREEEEEEEEEEEATTTTTTT

Cuban food served in Miami. So why is it called Polo Norte (north pole)? LOLDecent restaurant. Middle of the road.

Pretty small and overcrowded. It would have been ok at another time , but I'm COVID times , thats another story. Food was good.

The food was great and the service was good. I took off one star because the tostones were frozen not fresh.
