I invite you to check my reviews I am usually a very positive reviewer but this restaurant deserves a bad review, let me explain why:The full experience was awful, horrendous, disgustingLet's starts with the general cleaning of the store if it's some... all the tables were dirty. we seat in one that had the less remaining of food. Plates, forks, napkins and food everywhere. Please do not use the restrooms! Even my 5yo didn't want to wash her hands because everything was poorly maintained.They had between 6-8 people in the kitchen. they looked relaxed and were talking between them. unfortunately, the cashier was all the opposite with us. Then, the order came wrong, Yellow rice instead of white, mango lemonade sold but none in existence. The chicken was not full cooked. Also, they did not have napkins, mango frozen.This happen today June 29th 2022 at 9:46pmOur cashier was a hispanic young lady with curly red hair.
As mentioned before in reviews, they always overcharge. I check the receipt every time and 100% of the time, I’m being charged for larger orders or extra portions I didn’t request. They’re expert scammers. My kids love their food so I do keeping coming, but I check the receipt before I pay every time and it’s always needing adjusting. Don’t get overcharged, check your order! I have zero trust with them. I wish there was another close location. Managers need to address this, please!
I just left this location about 20 minutes ago. There was a young girl taking orders alongside a tall young man. I don’t like to do reviews unless I truly think there was horrible customer service. You greet them none of them say hello. You asked them to give you a empanizado (the chicken breast that’s breaded) I explained this in both English and Spanish in where she told me she understood. As I’m already at the window to pay I asked the cashier AGAIN. This is the correct order ? He confirmed it was. I have a toddler and was in a rush to go home after a long day. Let me just say the order was wrong the drink was watery and even being so nice and asking again if my order was right to be proved it was wrong is a slap in the face. I come here often this is not the first time this happens.
I just love the food there! really fast and reliable service. Everything is very clean and the food is always fresh. I can always rely on assistant manager Meily to give me the best customer service and she never leaves until i’m fully satisfied with my order! Beautiful store.

Got a tropichop to go and it was not very good. This place has been losing quality and increasing prices. It used to be my favorite place to order takeout but those times are over.
The food quality is still close to par for Pollo tropical but the service leaves so much to be desired. . They did not have items ordered and yet not only did they not let anyone know about it at point of order, but they served everyone without missing items without offering replacement. On an order for 2 had to go back for 2 sides, then for drinks and yet again for napkins and didn't even go back for missing bread as was already fed up .. with other equal or better options. Pollo tropical is not worth the aggravation.
Some locations are better than others. In my opinion, this place served me better and the food was at great quality and taste. I even tipped a little bit to show my appreciation for their effort. The prices here with the amount of food and the freshness and quality beats any fast food joint at the moment - because of the economy right now.
Today i had the pleasure of buying my dinner at this restaurant the wait was a bit long too many people. The lady in the room approached me very politely she stopped to talk with me which made that time pleasant and it passed too quickly very kind.The lady and professional congratulated her before leaving for the excellent job she does making customers leave satisfied and with a smile. The food was very good and the black beans were delicious
Come here often when I don’t want to cook. Staff is attentive and friendly. This location is my favorite! the roast pork and tostones are always flavorful !
