This is usually one of the best PT's that I drive a few extra miles for. Unfortunately on this night my food was not up to par chicken was dry and cold the rice was gummy the corn did not have the taste as the day shift staff usually has it. The seasonings over all were bland. Hoping that management will consider evaluating the staff and empliment corrective action. The car before me returned their food for better quality as well.
Not my first time picking up my order but today I forgot to use delivery so I went to pick up and no one cared to ask me what I wanted. They were just looking at me and walk by. The one at the computer asked me for my name and order so I showed her my phone and all she said was I can’t see it well moreover I don’t do pick ups. What that means, I have no idea. After standing there for 10 minutes I decided to talk because it’s obvious no one will mind me. A lady approached and I just gave her my name and she said your order is right in front of you. Yes I saw it but if I picked it and walked out because no one was talking to me I would have been called a thief. Today has been raining all day. You should appreciate your customers coming up to buy food PLEASE!
Drive-thru person was pushy and aggresive when taking the order. When asked for dark meat said don't have and then when asked 30 minutes to wait I wouldnt mind to wait for it but then overhead talk wont take it outside and if I wait 30 minutes they will. I ended up not ordering anything. I normally dont write reviews or anything but this is kind of a bad experience.
I went through the drivethrough and ordered a family chicken meal but, when i opened it to check it wasn't as well done as i liked so i parked and went inside. The cashier was very friendly as i asked her to call the managers who was an absolute delight! She changed my chicken right away, she was very pleasant, and she was fast! It was busy inside but, she still went out of her was to address my concerns..So hard to find.I almost forgot i was at a fast food restaurant.The staff is on point! I love it!
12:00pm | They are always close for dine in. Only mobile orders For “COVID Safety” concerts and everything else is open but not this store , Funny.
I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday. My boyfriend and I went before the lunch rush, around 11 o’clock. They were not busy at all.We decided to go inside and order to make sure everything was correct and let me just say, HORRIBLE customer service. There were employees preparing food, some of them were facing us and looked up when we walked in, but said absolutely nothing. Other employees passed by with food and just stood around. We stood there for 5-10 minutes before one of the employees shouted to the back that customers were in the front. After about another five minutes someone came from the back and took our order. We were standing there waiting for our food when another customer came in and was able to order right away with one of the employees that ignored us - and they got their food before us!The food was good, which helped with the overall rating but as for customer service, I rate it less than 1 star.
This delivery service Sucks. Anytime I order they NEVER send me the right order. I ordered SIX sauces and Not One made it on my order. ITS very important because I won't eat their food Without th3 cilantro sauce and the avocado cilantro sauce. Without it THIS food is just Bland! I Hate THIS PLACE! They are Worst. They Don't care about their customers But they Definitely TAKE YOUR MONEY.
This location stay busy. The line goes out into the street at times. Often, there speaker doesn't work but there's always someone out to take your order. They no longer cut up your chicken but the food remains tasteful.
The food as always, excellent. Price is always fair considering the times. Lack of clean floors and a very dirty young lady at the regiater wearing a jacket that looked like ahe dragged it behind her car on the way to work, is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars. Pollo needs to remember presentation matters as well.
Food is good and prices are low but the customer service here is often lacking. The lines at the drive thru get pretty long as well.
