The order is never made as you order, everyone in the line have something to ask for or complain about. The crew works on low motion mode, even though they dee a line waiting for them to wake up, and the manager ends up making orders instead overseeing the processes and manage her team for a better service. What else would you expect from a low paying and baddly trained employees?
Disappointed to the maximum !My workplace ordered more than 100 ( hundred ) lunch for a celebration and chicken was not even lukewarm and black beans was so watery that really looks more like a soup. How hard is to make black beans?A big order is not that easy, but management should have scheduled appropriately its employees to give a better service. How many customers order a big Order at once in a weekday for lunch?I bet we will not make this mistake again.Never again !
They forgot an item on my order. Don't bother trying to reach them on the phone.This is a very popular location. The manager is a very nice lady. I understand that getting and keeping employees has become a real issue. However, there is no reason for a successful franchise not to have a good training program and a phone system that lets you call back if there is a problem with your order.
We were there Saturday night but it was a awful service the chicken was bloody the rice was hard the black beans were so watering and the agitate was black and waited for 15 mins for the food to be ready it was a ugly experience because I had recommended Pollo Tropical to my family the they were here from Austin Texas. Is a shame that the quality of service is so low. Thank you I usually don't leave my opinion for fast food service but I was very uncomfortable like I said is a shame !!Food was awful .?
So I go to order two Chicken strips kids meal and this is what a get a cup with mix up rice beans and chicken looks more like dog food than a kids meal when the second order looks normal in the white styrofoam case not even the tropishop looks like this so someone in the store thinks this is funny so let’s also call Corp and share
I make A order at 3:37pm I love everything from this pollo tropical and the manager is really nice and kind, and the cashier was amazing and they had passion for his job. Food was good and presentation was really nice. I would eat here again.
I ordered online to avoid the horrible drive thru. When i got my order there was literally 8 little pieces of chicken with no rice and toppings in my tropitrop. i requested 2 curry and 2 cilantro, they only put one cilantro sauce. then i ordered the cheesy yuca bites and they were cold and hard. this is a really bad pollo tropical tbh. Save your money and go to something better
I ordered a trio and what I received wasn't what I saw in the pictures. They gave me 2 tyny pieces of beef like 1 mm thick and 1.5 cm large. Too little .too expensive . And when you received the food employee's service bad. If you buy to go or to eat ,they are supposed to give you fork straw napkins , the cilantro salad but still you need to begg them for you to receive them. While of bottle 2.59 ? Very expensive. Terrible company I could fire all of them.
Horrible custumer service. I place an order online and I went to the store to get it they not only didn’t have it ready but also non of the employees seem to acknowledge or care about my order status. I tried letting the manager know but she also didn’t show any interest. I contacted corporate to let the know of the issue and although they were nice to me over the phone they couldn’t reach the restaurant over the phone so they only offer me to cancel the order. I will never buy or vivir this franchise again.
Worst avacado grill chicken cilantro salad. Avacado and lettuce is old. How rude and upsetting to serve such nasty food. Why would the manager let this happen. Why does anyone think that this ok to sell to a custom. What is the manager doing at this location? Do you know you are serving old food? I will never buy pollo tropical ever again.
